This is a very welcoming establishment. They offer 247 free drinks coffee for all visitors guests.

Dont recommend this place nurses are lazy and just sit at the desk laughing and talking not spending time with patients. Most of them have attitude mainly the evening nurses. Didnt even know who the nurses were assigned to the patient. Physical and occupational therapist are nice and patient but cant say that about the nurses. Food was ok but hospital food was better. Look around for better and cleaner places I wish I had.

This place was wonderful The staff was kind physical therapists were amazing and the food was great I had to have my left hip replaced. I was leaning towards going straight home initially but decided it might be better to try rehab first. Im so glad I did. After 6 days of therapy I was feeling more confident about going home and not having to depend so much on my wife to get around.

I will never come back to this facility. my husband lost his big king size blanket something that you cant not just put under your arm and walk out with. some lady that works there liked his blanket. She even complimented it. Im not accusing this lady I dont remember her name but still Im an imperfect human but I dont steal from others and with absolutely no conscience anybody taking their loved one to this facility dont they steal and when you call to ask about it they dont call you back I have called about the same blanket since my husband as been released 2 weeks ago no feedback no call from a manager of the facility to ensure they are at least looking for the blanket we left behind but no Ive grown tired of waiting so one way or another this is unacceptable I am very disappointed in the customer service this facility displayed.

A currently here at warm springs Ethan discharge date in two days.this has been a very positive experience. From the nurses the C N As therapist nd on and on I have no complaints. I have been treated with respect and professionalism..food has been good and treatment great. Doctors are a little fast in and out but havent really needed a doctor. Class A facility.

My nana recently fell and broke her hip. PAM Health was a top option for us and it was a great experience. The staff from the start was super helpful for my dad who was needing extra guidance and support.

Awesome facility From the physical therapist who helped me get stronger to go home to the nurse assistants who took care of me whenever I needed anything and never complained I have no complaints food was also really good .. I would recommend this facility to anyone

My mom came to this hospital after a knee replacement. The staff was friendly and kind. The therapist did a wonderful job to get her walking. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing inpatient rehab

My pediatrician sent a referral over to speech therapy in April. I have called every two weeks until June and they have yet to still call me. Dont waste...

I have been in patient and out patient therapy the whole hospital has wonderful staff.. I tend to go to KB Katie Beth for my OP Therapist she is amazing...

So far its a nice place. The physical therapy staff is very good. The occupational staff is very good. Nurses have been really helpful. The room is nice and big. The food is tasty and healthy. The order taking and delivering of what you order is poor. Overall I feel like I am being treated well and would recommend if you need rehab. I had knee replacement.
