I would like to thank pam hospital for care for me I had a wound that took 1 year and nine months to heal. If it was not your help I would not know were I would be today. So I would like to tell anyone that is the best place to go.

I wanted to take my time with this review as the nurses here at PAM are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL Shout out to Miss Kaitlin Miss Rachel Miss Loree Miss Carolyn Miss Elise Miss Kim Miss Christina Miss Becky Miss Mayra Miss Emma and Miss Maygon who from my experience happen to be the best in wound care There is more to wound care than just slapping a band aid on your boo-boo... These ladies by their presence bring an atmosphere of healing and wellness joy and mirth plus I must mention that they truly care for their patients It really was the highlight of my day to be seen and treated by these ladies Although I am older than them all I called them all Miss as I felt that they should be treated with respect. These ladies arent just some fly-by-night candy stripers but very knowledgeable positive professional women who placed me onto their schedule and with The Lord Jesus healing power took care of my body I really feel as though I were family by the way I was treated. I came in with an unresponsive wound which gave another facility fits and these ladies just laughed at it took control of it and treated me without blinking I am healed today by The Lords grace and these women doing what they do. I came in a little under the weather and these women showed genuine concern even having Miss Jessica call to check up on me I was impressed... even more so when I had surgery while under their care and these women of PAM took care of that as well I have so much confidence in these nurses that if my arm is severed in a freak accident or if I get a splinter in my big toe Post Acute Medical is where Im going As a Bishop and Doctor I highly and wholeheartedly recommend these ladies and this facility... 5 STARS

Top notch care.they said they would save my husbands foot and they did. We are extremely happy with the care and treatment he received. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there for wound care. We will miss them but so glad he doesnt have to go anymore.

I started out startled. But the first day is with caring and concern. Once I and my husband got to become comfortable with the staff each week. It was like family. These nurses are so caring and genuine. I had a very bad wound. My pcp is like I am done and referring you to post acute specialty hospital. Thanks dr Veronica valdeldovia Time went by with the different phases of healing including treatments debridents the staff gave 100 percent to your care . I was depressed by my major wound. But like I said between Rachel. The pa. And the nursing screw. It made menn no possible and not alone to succeed with healing. So much I want to say. I love you all and thanks for for the tips taking me I one time out I needed you all on. Weekend and the healing talks and the last one good bye. By the way. Keith. At front desk. Made sure we are good to go. I. Love yall breakfast crew too. Well. Overall l cannot believe I cried when it was time to go. But it may me believe it was ok. To heal. Love yall. Rachel. A traumatic fall injury resulted in my husband having to be treated for some serious leg wounds. We chose PAM Outpatient Wound Care Clinic with no hesitation for his treatment. The referral process went smoothly and quickly. My husband was set up for a wound care appointment the very next day. His wounds were so severe it required for him to be on a wound vac. I was intimidated by the machine and was scared at first to help tend to his wounds at home but the staff were very understanding supportive and re-assured me that they were a phone call away if I had any questions. Thankfully after weeks and weeks of wound care my husband was discharged and has been able to return to work. I want to thank each and every nurse that helped my husband Thank you Rachel Kaitlyn Maygon Carolyn Elise Myra and Becky for helping my husband heal. What a blessing we have in Victoria. After having complications after surgery on my left foot I requested a referral to PAM for wound care. They provided excellent care and the results speak for themselves I was outpatient from June through August receiving hyperbaric treatment wound care and skin grafting. The staff was second to none Caring compassionate and continually educating me throughout the process. I brought my diabetic father here almost weekly for more than six months following a referral from his podiatrist who could not get a stubborn foot wound to heal. Just as the wound was healing another wound on the other foot developed even more severe than the original. It was quite the challenge as these two wounds seemed to take turns becoming nearly healed before deciding to regress. The medical team was top notch with an even better bedside manner. My father is independent but very frail and shuffles very slowly but he was always treated with dignity and respect. Dad is usually quite pleasant but on the occasions he was less than charitable in his words and actions they were patient and compassionate. Who could ask for more They were always great about ensuring I had a properly documented doctors note on their letterhead for my job on the days I had to miss work too. I will always be very grateful for the excellent care delivered with kind compassion.

After suffering multiple fractures from a horrible auto accident that I endured in late December 2022 I was transported from Brooke Army Medical Center in late January 2023 to PAM Specially Hospital North where I began my long journey to recovery. I would like to say that I have been truly blessed by meeting such a fine group of medical professionals which have all been AMAZING I was taken under the loving and caring wing of Rachel Becky and Kaitlyn along with all the other wonderful nurses in Wound Care after I suffered a fractured blister that ruptured and developed a wound that needed long term care. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy was recommended and thats were I met Kim whom was very kind as she took care of me for over a month by assisting me in and out of the chamber and helped me get through the process every single day. It always helped when Keith and Jennifer always greeted me with a smile in the mornings too. Ive had many physical emotional and spiritual trying times during this journey but with family friends all the great people I met at PAM and with everyones continued prayers I know God is going to completely heal me one day. Unfortunately I am still wheelchair bound due to some of my injuries and am dependent on a walker but the medical treatment that I am receiving from PT OT Infusion and Wound Care have been EXCEPTIONAL and I cant thank them enough.. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs short term or long term care
