When I first moved to the area I just wanted something part time to earn some extra cash but I really love it and now work with several wonderful families They provide a great service to the community and great job opportunities for those who like the flexibility of choosing the hours that work for your schedule. Not to mention the pay is very competitive compared to other respite companies Im proud to be part of the pacific Homecare family

Ive had a very positive experience working for PHCS The offices and hiring process is very inviting and welcoming. The training is paid and relevant to on the job experience. When I felt that I needed more information to help a client I was easily able to request training in that topic. The organization also recognizes that we are doing the service of their company and treats us well with above minimum wage and bonuses. As a college student itve really appreciated working some where I feel like a valued member of a team. As opposed to feeling exploited like many other jobs being marketed to students. Overall I highly recommend working for or with PHCS they have are professional and have alot of integrity.

This job is such great job and really is so rewarding. It is very flexible to how many hours you wanna do or how many days you want to work. The company cares so much about their workers and really has shown with this whole corona virus thing happening If their is any a problem someone is always their to listen and go out of their way to fix it.
