Orthodontic Experts- Harwood Heights

Terrible customer service. They dont value your time at all. Arrived early to my appointment I was the only one in there and then a bunch of people came after me. They herded us in like cattle and brought 5 of us back at once and started working on everyone but me. Had to go complain to even get seen. I guess once they have your money they dont worry about trying to give you decent service. And dont bother with your generic response about how important customer service is to you. Actions speak louder than words.

Professional specialists nice atmosphere helpful staff. My daughter is very happy when she chooses the color of the month. All visits go nice.

I cant express how much time the Dr takes with you to make sure everything is going well. I also have to give a heart warm thanks to Aileen. She is so nice and comforting when she assists. Cant thank her enough

Go somewhere else They have constant turn over so youre always having to be patient with someone new and not knowing. The discount pack is a joke because...

Sent my son home without even trying the retainers on.. did not give instructions on how to remove them or take care of them and did not let him know how...

We visited the Orthodontic Experts clinic and were pleasantly surprised by the good approach to each client. Comfortable place to wait your turn polite and attentive staff. They also provided us with detailed information before the visit by phone and advised us on our questions

Since my daughter started coming here everything has been great. They have really early appointments which works perfect for me to take her before I have to start work. They always have plenty of workers so the process of the appointments always go by fast. They also offer payment plans which is also great. Definitely recommend them.

My daughter finished her treatment successfully now I am starting mine All the crew members and the doctor are absolutely friendly and helpful
