Definitely needs to be updated and have a remodel. Never worked there just had an interview. The atmosphere is like dull not a lot of color. People are very nice though.

As an employee who devoted 15 years to this companys mission the individuals and who recently resigned from her position I am here to tell you the truth about what goes on Nepotism retaliation work place aggression. I have never in my life seen such poor Executive management. Although I will say my Director hr and her assistant director were superb Constantly fighting a battle that will never be won while the current executive team is in place Grotesque treatment to their hardworking loyal dedicated employees the management that treats the frontline employees like trash get praised advanced. I sat for years watching inappropriate levels of the executive team have relations and clearly seeing it trickle down into every level of the job. Transfers and advancements blocked based on who and what was told and zero chance of advancement if you speak the cold heart truth you treat your employees like death.Insight food for thought when you outsource a company to produce a survey for your employees to see how they feel MAKE A CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN once you see the grueling results. That is unless you truly do not care what their problems are.Turn over is at 100 based on a 12 month period.Facts. Not a disgruntled employee. Facts.Until the board of directors get involved with the corrupt ways of this companys management things are going to continually spiral out of control leaving the poor individuals at risk.ProsThe individuals and hardworking frontline staffConsCorrupt management nepotism retaliatory behavior from executive teams ZERO corrective action plans

My son has been a client of Orange Grove Centers OGC residential for over 12 years. It has been a learning curve as he goes through his developmental changes. What I appreciate most about OGC is that they continuously work with parents to develop an appropriate environment and pair with the appropriate staff. Sometimes changes have been made in staff and last year we changed homes for my son to have a more appropriate placement as his individual needs changed. Change is hard at times for both parents and adult children but they took time to allow us to visit the new home meet the staff and move only when we felt comfortable. As a parent whose son requires 247 care I am eternally grateful to OGC. I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling as he often comes home on weekends and holidays. My son loves his OGC home staff and the many activities he engages in. Recently he came from the fall festival outing sponsored by OGC with amazing stories and tokens from the activities. I have always believed that my son requires a loving dedicated therapeutic and extremely patient team to help him stay calm enjoy the day and improve his quality of life and we have found that in Orange Grove. It may take a village to raise a child but it takes an evolving community filled with caring professionals to help support and encourage an adult with cognitive and behavioral disabilities. I recommend without hesitation Orange Grove Centers and encourage families to consider this supportive environment.

Our son has been included in Orange Grove Program Services for over 10 years. He began by receiving day services for a number of years. The Day Program was very important and fulfilling for Tevis. As time passed the need for even more care was recognized and we looked to the Grove for guidance and assistance in making this transition. The staff was very informative about the options that were open. Tevis made the transition into an Orange Grove Group Home in 2020. This coincided with the Covid Pandemic. The staff at his home was very caring and went to great efforts to make sure that we were able to have communication with him during a very difficult time for all of us. He has received excellent care from a very loving and compassionate staff in his home. As we move forward I have full confidence and faith that his needs are being met on a daily basis and that this will continue. Thank you to Orange Grove Center for being a part of our lives and providing much needed services and opportunities in our community for individuals with intellectual and developmental difficulties.
