In December I had appointment and was given a document to get lab work done. I got it done with in a week. It is Jan 19 2024 and had not received any indication that they received my results. I called this morning and spoke to the women that schedules appointments. I asked why I havent been called for an appointment. She immediately was apprehensive and said she did tell me that I need to call to make an appointment. I personally dont remember that part but thats neither here or their. Her attitude was very rude and snappy. I didnt not raise my voice or gave her attitude and i told that she didnt need to be like that. She ignored me and continue to ask me what day I was available to be scheduled. No apology at all. After this appointment I will never go their again. Worst customer service.

Dr. Hernandez is my favorite family Dr. talk aboutCaring sweet and tends to your needs. He worries about his patients and helps so much.Strongly recommended him I have been a patient for years now would not change him for anything. Leti and most of their staff are very knowledgeable and kind but leti would be my favorite shes the best.ZASKIA

I have been a patient under Dr. Valentins care for quite some time now. All I can say is the quality of care that I receive from him and his staff has been truly exceptional.Dr. Valentin has always addressed any questions or concerns that I may have. As soon as I walk into the clinic Letty is always there ready ton help and guide me in whatever I may need. She is exceptionally quick when it comes to referrals and submitting authorizations. She is super patient and attentive and will always advise you the best course of action you will need to take depending on your situation and circumstance. I truly recommend this clinic for whoever is in the area. Best believe you will be taken care of.

I am currently a patient of Dr Valentin. The care I receive from Dr Valentin is exceptional. He always takes his time to address all my questions and concerns. The staff at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visits. Front desk are very fast and responsive when it comes to referrals and authorizations. Lety is very attentive really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.

I went in for an xray on my right hand. Letty the front office receptionist was very helpful and got me in as soon as possible. I got my results very quickly and was able to come in for my results within a few days. They accept most insurances and also have very reasonable private pay pricing.

Dr Valentin is kind and gets straight to the point. The office ladies especially Leti and Stacy have been so awesome. Theyve gotten me in super quickly and have heard all of what ails me and guided my next steps when it came to referrals and my overall health. Im grateful that theyve helped me so much so quickly AND theyre local. Quick visits are a good thing. You go speak your peace and wait for referral approval. Mine was done within 18 hours. Went at 330pm and had it by 9am. They work for you. Be kind to them. They earned it

Ive had Dr. Hernandez for around 6 years and he has always been attentive and professional with the services offered and is always aware of which exams you need. The medical assistants are efficient with the attention and medical authorizations. I can recommend this medical service with full confidence.

My mom Ana G. loves this doctor Dr. Valentn is great with patients and very attentive. The office assistant Lety always goes above and beyond to care for the patients as well. We definitely recommend switching to this doctor

I have taken my mother to Dr. Hernandez for several years and they have always been very professional and attentive they care about their patients and listen to their needs my mother feels very comfortable going to this clinic.
