About Options For All - San Diego
Options For All exists to create hope, inspire dreams and achieve success. We serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities toward becoming fully participating members of their communities who can experience the pride of personal and professional accomplishment from pursuit of their goals.
We value allowing participants to choose their path and we believe it is our job to offer the support they need to fulfill their personal goals.
We value the choices our participants make and we believe in exploring their dreams with them, regardless of how big or “out of the box” those ideas are.
We value the aspirations and potential in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and we believe in creating opportunities for individuals to enrich their lives.
Ken has served as the President and CEO of Options For All since February 2020. Ken is no stranger to OFA, as he gave his time as volunteer in several capacities since 2014, including service on the finance committee, programs committee, and the board of directors. For his outstanding efforts, he was named the 2019 “Volunteer of the Year” by the organization. Prior to committing himself to the nonprofit space, Ken owned and operated a public affairs and business development firm, specializing in issues management, strategic planning, and business turnaround services. He holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Columbia University in the City of New York, and an MBA from Philadelphia’s Drexel University. When he’s not working, you can find Ken and his wife Angela exploring the world by bike, cooking meals for friends, walking with their dog Tito.
