One to One Physical Theraphy & Aquatics - Delray Beach

I got prescribed Occupational therapy for my adhesive capsulitis in my shoulder. After only a few visits working with Megan I felt a lot of my pain relief subside and was finally able to use my shoulder more. She was extremely knowledgeable and empathic. love the one on one treatments where the therapist stays with you and only you during the whole treatment session.I would highly recommend this place

Went to workshop then started therapy my shoulder pain was eliminated after 2nd session and only had to do therapy for half the time they originally thought it would take. Sean was a great Therapist. If in need in the future wouldnt go any other place

Writing this as a warning for others that need actual physical therapy.I came here 3 times and had to ask for someone to give me exercises to do because all I was being told to do was stretches that I already knew or massages with the handheld robotic massager.Also the center is completely dilapidated and the manager is really pushy and tries to book you for as many appointments as possible as far out as possible.Honestly this place is not suited for people who actually want to recover from and strengthen after a sports injury.Found a different place off the 441 near Glades Road and the difference is night and day. Extremely well-run professional and the physical therapists there are top notch. I already feel better after 3 sessions with them.

the longer I have interacted with this company the worse it gets. the owner Daniel Sage will try to pacify you when you have an issue which you probably will between deceptive financial practices surprise bills and therapists who dont know what they are doing and then will disappear when he says he will get back to you. I urge everyone with a serious injury to stay away from this horrific practice

1 to 1 physical therapy is the best mythrapist Peter has worked with me since day one. My issue is rotator cuff impingement and tear of which is a long recovery period and extremely painful to endure by not having surgery. This person is a strong leader and very knowledgeable in multiple techniques he definitely is a major credit to the organization he works for. He goes above service with his patients and very empathetic to each one individually as a true respectful professional. I encourage the organization to give special recognition to him for his fine works and achievements. He deserves true promotions for his services to you. Thank you for having him be assigned to me in my therapy recovery.

Here is an update now that Ive gone to one to one physical therapy for a few months. This is by far the best physical therapy place I have ever gone to from the wonderful therapists Peter and assistants who really care about how you feel to the always polite and warm welcoming Jasmine the one with the glasses at the front desk
