If I could list 0 stars I would. My girlfriend came her TWICE made so much progress each time from her addiction and Dr.Denny completely disregarded EVERYTHING we said and doesnt seem to care to help that much. He expects her to just go two days without any medicine to help her feel okay and then just to come in to watch over her. He is not helping his patients. He is hateful and spiteful and doesnt care about his patients. Claims hes been through it but clearly it doesnt seem that way because you wouldnt act that way if youve been through it. Im thoroughly disappointed with him and this program. Its worked before but now hes not helping. Its shameful. Everytime she sees him she leaves bawling having panic attacks and feeling so down and disappointed in herself. If he actually cared he would help and not let someone feel that way. Its a process and he gave her only 2 trys. He shouldnt have this job anymore. My girlfriend literally feels so hopeless because of how he talked to her

I have no idea what all these bad reviews are about. But you know what they say if someone doesnt like something they will tell 10 people. If they do like something they will tell 3. These people have been extremely professional every visit and Ive been going here for at least 2 years. The ladies at the front desk are always positive and usually give me a compliment and make me feel good. They always take care of me in a timely fashion and most all my doctors genuinely care about my wellbeing and have always strived to help me improve on myself. If anything 9 times out of ten the fault is with the patient. If your doctor suggests therapy and gives you coping tools YOU NEED TO TRY THEM. stop blaming your healthcare provider and take a look at yourself.

Benzodiazepine Benzo Patients take notice Here you are a Drug Addict by chemistry and assumed Abuser in an Outpatient Drug Abuse Program. The Program - Dr. N immediately All Benzodiazepine are forbidden from prescribing here yet the Psychiatrist spoke of tapering. You will likely be classed for Drug Abuse when forcibly assigned a Resident Psychiatrist still in Medical Training. Essentially this Anxiety Management like Pain Management with forced monthly visits videos of sessions to train Students 247 on call pill counts and drug screens at any time demanded in Tulsa OK regardless of your location.Your Medical Record will reflect Drug Abuse Mental Illnesses and time in Psychiatrist care likely new DSMV Diagnoses upon the first visit as I experienced. I sat in the waiting room with a lovely woman in her 80s experiencing withdraws from Benzos holding her hand and talking helped us. She too is an Addict to be tapered off Xanax despite her poor health of great concern.Dont expect any concerns to be answered as I waited for two weeks with basic questions.Physicians will apparently lie this center is merely for a once yearly Psychiatric assessment to coerce Patients in an intense expensive life altering Outpatient Drug Cessation Program well new Drugs will be pushed just as Doctors did with Benzos once upon a time. You will be Blackmailed to keep your Benzo Rx. As I was told if you wish not to participate in The Program you can leave without an Rx where rapid cessation can cause death by Seizure. In short if you want to live you can participate in The Program. If you have the resources to see a Doctor of your choosing elsewhere hope they have an opening to discuss your situation.I chose to tempt death than be Blackmailed by a Resident Psychiatrist.I chose to quit The Program as I didnt know I was being enrolled. While I had several seizures I am off Klonopin and will absolutely not take a new Drug.Well Im off the Rx so now to fight for my Medical Records with a solid Lawyer just to make the record vanish as the Doctors nor Hospital will communicate.Should you exit or be expelled from treatment you have a right to rescind your release. The message to the Staff is I am rescinding my release of records and videos. You are not to release them to anyone and you are not to disclose that I was ever a patient at your facility. Should you not know you are now Student Research.Taking your Benzo Rx properly for over a decade like myself will end under a Resident Psychiatrist demanding Drug Abuse cessation while attempting to push powerful Psychiatric Rxs and diagnose Mental Illnesses in 55 minutes. If you seek care as an Addict and Abuser of Rxs this location may be beneficial. However Ive never heard of Outpatient Drug Rehab. If you simply wish to taper off a Benzo never set foot in The Program. Please work with your Primary Care Physician to taper off or do as I and risk death.Make your Primary explain the OSU Behavioral program demands you arrange for montly visits 12 off work monthly leave work for on call pill counts and Mass Spectrometry based Urinalysis done by a seperate Facility without Specimen Chain of Custody failures I easily documented. Three unmarked Urine Specimens not tested for temperature tampering or any standard protocol doesnt sound like they care. Dont be surprised to learn youre taking a Street or illegal Rx post Urinalysis.Know the Medical Community now classes Benzos similar to Opioidsand related Pain Management - Anxiety Management is here. You are the Abuser yet no Physician will be called the Pusher. My Doctor passed away suddenly I was merely a Benzo Addict by taking as Prescribed addiction is true not abuse but Abuser too. In 14 years I never had an issue. I took great offense to being called a Drug Abuser while being videoed in my first session.I quit the Rx despite seizures and will follow any steps to help another avoid this nightmare.

If I can only give 1 piece of advice If you have dealt with depression in the past LIE ABOUT IT. Even though theres a high chance of depression when you have ADHD people like doctor Donnelly will completely ignore any symptoms of ADHD and focus solely on the depression even if you do not deal with depression any longer.I have been working with a therapist for almost a year now. Ive worked to get to the point of not feeling guilty over lack of motivation and after clearing that hurdle she and I agreed that working with a psychiatrist would be the next step to work on with helping me maintain motivation. I had serious issues with the stigma of stimulants and using them as a short cut. I would constantly say if I have ADHD to the point where my therapist told me to stop saying if because it was plainly obvious to her based on her other clients with ADHD that I have it as well.I circled something on the sheet that they hand out suggesting that I have had depression and suicidal thoughts. The way its worded on the sheet seemed way more serious than it was in actuality and I was hoping that by talking with a psychiatrist theyd realize that as well. NOPE. Doctor Donnelly fixated on every aspect of my depression for well over half of the interview. She was asking time frames that I wasnt sure about asking about when it started how long it lasts how does it feel etc. The answers I was giving were definitely not accurate I was guess-timating the entire time since I was not prepared for this line of questioning at all. As I mentioned before I dont struggle with depression anymore and based from conversations with my therapist - it seemed more likely that the depression I faced was a result of the undiagnosed ADHD through my childhood.I dont want to do a line-by-line of my experience and my reasoning for why I do have ADHD and my doctor being adverse to revisiting her diagnosis so Ill just give the reasons for why I gave such a bad review. For starters based off my interview I genuinely believe I have a better understanding of ADHD than my doctor. All I have done is look up information from the leading researcher on it Russell Barkley Ive talked about it a bit with my therapist and Ive watched a few conversations with a psychiatrist and a client with ADHD that were uploaded to youtube. The way doctor Donnelly described ADHD symptoms was legitimately like a childs understanding of it. When I mention the hyperactivity portion of the diagnosis she claimed the fact I sat in my chair while talking with her shows that I dont fit that criteria. She gave me a demonstration of what the hyperactivity looks like and I say this with ZERO exaggeration she acted out a scene as though she had just snorted coke. She threw herself up paced around back and forth super quick and literally threw herself back into the chair and looked me straight in the face and said thats how people with ADHD act.Second was when I mentioned that I struggle with completing chores because I bounce between three and four chores constantly all while Im listening to a video on youtube. She said the fact that I remember to complete those chores which I dont always do shows I dont have ADHD. She gave me an example like how a dog would react to stimulus. Gotta do laundry oooh a butterfly What laundryIt felt very much like she focused entirely on the depression and had already ruled out ADHD so when I presented her with my evidence for why I definitely do have ADHD she got defensive and gave me the most reductive and childish reenactments of ADHD to support her diagnosis. OSU if youre reading this my name here is accurate to who I am. Look me up in the system and talk to me if yall would like to help me seek treatment. Yall are suppose to help people struggling yet I left feeling more lost and hurt than I have in years. It felt indescribably uncomfortable trying to defend myself to a child of a doctor all while knowing that if I fight the diagnosis TOO hard then I just look bad.

This is my most honest opinion and review of OSU Medicine.Ive been a more then dedicated faithful Patient Client for 4 years nowI am beyond Grateful with a Humble Heart every year Ive spent in outpatient rehab due to opiod addiction. OSU will help you understand your addiction. My Doctor that I speak very highly about Doctor. Trevor Anderson has been the best and nothing but the best Doctor that works along the side lines professionally with his Team of Doctors that are also very professional. I was reading the reviews and if your tired of inconsistent refills I highly suggest getting the suboxone shot in your stomach they will numb it and it last for one full month. Ive been consistently coming to osu medicine monthly for 4 years straight and its changed my life. Its a testimony of me getting control of my life back and me overcoming opiod addiction. Sometimes you just need to demonstrate patience and kindness goes a long ways. Dr. Anderson always greets me when I first walk in he listens to my voice as a Patient. He hears what I have to say and guides me through my journey of continuing to be opiod free. If you are a patient youll see frequently they change the front staff every few months they change the front staff and I also see how its better that way and how it has its benefits. Thank you Dr. Anderson for doing your part and being such a good Doctor. I appreciate you and the Team of amazing doctors thats dedicated to helping others like me. Thank you.Hannah Cones 10052023

They were sending our bill to an incorrect address. I have no idea how this happened because we confirmed our address and information multiple times at each of our appointments. They have been sending our bills to the wrong place since last year and never mentioned it once at any of our check ins or check outs and then sent us to collections over it. We managed to get it sorted out but sending patients to collections over your own clerical errors is ridiculous.

My son was referred here. I was quite nervous given the ratings. I will say the first appointment just the intake was over an hour wait time and they requested arrival of 15 minutes early. I did get highly frustrated with that but the appt was too important to walk out on. I do take a star off because it felt like oh well what can you do attitude. All our time is valuable. Other than that hiccup communication with office was spectacular. Everything else was handled wonderfully. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Stein was very informative on results. I appreciated how she interacted with my son. Would return if needed to Thank you.

This is probably the worst place Ive ever been constantly fighting with your doctor to get medications. They prescribed you or maybe youve had for a decade already in there constantly trying to give you a new diagnoses because theyre trying to prove themselves new doctors. I dont want to be somebodys lab rat. I want my doctor to get my medication refilled in the first place is horrible. Im constantly calling them and then will calling my pharmacy and then my pharmacy in my doctor again and by the end of the day 12 hours later still dont have anything. I dont want a drug person doctor I want a doctor hes gonna give me the drugs I need and stop trying to be the new best thing this isnt about them. Its about me the patient.

Just listened to a patient complain about waiting in an office for 30 minutes alone while all the residents including the one seeing us was laughing and having a great time in the office next to us we even overheard many things being said about us. The patient walked out and im currently sitting in an office thats 71.5 degrees contemplating doing the same thing. The treatment this facility has shown its patients is abhorrent and dispicable.
