Ogden Clinic’s - Canyon View

If anyone related to you at all owes this clinic in any part of Utah you will be refused. If you pay your bill and they forget to activate you you will be refused. If they billed the wrong insurance and claim was denied you will be refused. If you come in at 6 at night with bronchitis and you paid your bill but their billing is closed you will be refused. Which happened today. Im pulling my entire family out of this practise. All 6 of us over a less than 200 bill that was paid. Horrible business.

This place is absolutely horrible. We called ahead because of a broken and displaced wrist. They said they could handle it over the phone. When we arrived it felt like we inconvienced the 4 receptionists. After waiting we had to pressure them to get an ice pack. Even more so to have a second... After waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes turns out they cant do anything and we had to go to the hospital. I made a rude comment and was pissed off. Because of what I said the Karen wanted us to wait while she justified the clinics terrible service. Meanwhile my moms on the verge of passing out with a broken wrist...

Generally appointments go reasonably well and they tend to listen fairly well. However getting prescriptions for my wife is a recurring nightmare. Most recently she was prescribed 2 medications she had been on previously. One needs a prior authorization from our new insurance and they havent done that in nearly a week now and the other doesnt appear to have been sent to the pharmacy in the first place despite us calling repeatedly to check on its progress... But similar issues with getting prescriptions actually handled post appointment is a near constant issue. Quite irritating.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have never had a worse experience at an urgent care facility than Ogden Clinic. Service is unbearably slow receptionists are clueless unfathomably poor service. I had a test done here that took over two weeks for me to receive results when the time frame was 3-5 business days. I would recommend going to InstaCare over any Ogden Clinic. Ogden Clinic is an absolute disgrace to the health care field. STAY AWAY

Absolutely love Dr. Havey Dr. Reynolds Dr. Michael Brown. All are so helpful and my family and I have been seeing them for years. They have great nurses who work with them as well

Wait time was long but the nursesPAs were so kind and helped make my child feel a little less anxious. Dr Brown was kind but we felt rushed as listed in other reviews. He didnt properly go over after care or follow up procedures until I asked as he was walking out.

This worst pediatrician clinic I have ever been too. The wait times are always over 20 mins. My appointment was at 215. Checked in at 150. Waited until 257 to leave because we never got called back. Got a call at 303. Asking where did we go. Obviously left we have lives too. I dont have time to sit around and wait an hour. For a 20 minute appointment. We will be switching clinics. Super disappointed because we love our nurse and pediatrician. This clinic just needs to get their scheduling in order.

The absolute worst care Ive seen. Dr Nathan Brown spent less than 2 minutes with my daughter. We went in for an ear ache and possible pink eye he listened to 2 breaths and told me it was a virus but gave a prescription for eye drops He couldnt have been more disinterested or disingenuous. The nurse and receptionist were both great. Dr. Brown was terrible in every way.

If I could give this place negative reviews I would. The staff treats patients and caregivers like garbage. Their attitudes are atrocious. The medical assistants will talk trash on the r patients with one another while youre in the room waiting to be seen. The office staff will lie and manipulate patients into very uncomfortable and inappropriate situations. Refuse to treat sick children and turn them away.

I have just broke the 2 and a half hour mark. Using the system given at the front door we waited in the car for 55 minutes. Then finally frustrated called again. They didnt know that we were here We had texted them 55 minutes ago for nothing. Getting in to the building at this point we waited another half hour for them to call us in. We then got tested and should have gotten our results in 15 minutes at the most. A hour in the tiny room and and here we are. Still waiting for the test results. I cannot recommend this facility due to the long wait lack of patron communication and the horrible systems to check in that dont even work. This was a very disappointing terrible and dare I say rude visit to the clinic. Hoping but not planning on a better experience next time.
