Had an appointment they called the day before to cancel. Rescheduled they called the day of and cancelled the rescheduled appointment. I called to re-schedule never heard back from them. Even left another messageNo return call. You Guys are really helping my depression thanks Making sure the doctor who referred me to you knows about this.

I have been coming here for three weeks now and I like coming here I feel welcomed and safe here. Rachel Coblentz is very courteous warm and friendly. I feel like she does care and wants to help to the best of her abilities. Rachel is very professional and nice and I feel safe confiding in her and talking with her. I definitely recommend this place and Rachel Coblentz to anyone looking for help out of mental and life distress.The staff are also very nice and courteous and I very much appreciate the reminders they send around 4 days before my appointments. I think the guy I first talked to see if they can accept me was Rick he was the absolute best. He was very friendly warm and just made me feel like I was welcomed and found the right place for me.

I am very very disappointed in Oasis facility. They have no staff to let people know when their appointments are. Theycount on the children to let their parents know when the next appointment is.... So if you miss appointments that you dont know you have they discharge you.... clueless and sad because the counselor was actually a good counselor.

Rick in the Front office is very efficient tries hard to accommodate patients needs.

So I chose oasis because my they took my insurance. Im not new to therapy in general and I do believe in the benefits of it. The office itself is fine....

My nephew was seen about a week ago and we had a great experience. The front end office staff on Stephanie street was so friendly and professional. My nephew is very please with his therapist Carmella. Thank you for all your help.

We really liked this office. There was some issues with their reminder system and the lady at the front desk seemed bothered about having to do her job sometimes but we loved our therapist Chris.He was great with our 6 year old and accommodating when I had to bring our other kids to the sessions. He also helped us find a new therapist after we were no longer his patients. We would recommend this office.

I called this location to gather some information on what they can do for my 6 year old child and instead of giving me any slight clue on what services they can offer this lady asked for my insurance.

Went to see Heidi. Theyre supposed to open at 8am went at 821 they still hadnt opened the doors.Wont be back

If only been going a little while but everyone is Super nice and helpful I dont get why they have such a low rating its great
