DO NOT COME HERE I was 18 years old few years ago when I came here for psychiatry and what did I get I got cruel belittlement judgement and cornered into crying by the old hag psychiatrist who was in her late 40s. Maybe because I was asian too so she thinks I am stupid and cant comprehend. Bullying a teen half her age She should be ashamed of herself and have her license revoked If thats how they going to treat their clients they need to re-educated themselves the basic value of human decency morals and need to re-educated what they learn in those college psychology classes. If they do not have the patience to understand and be kind towards their mentally ill clients they need to go take toxicity and negavity somewhere else and stop making people feel more miserable. Do better asa human race and mental health facility. Peoples psychological and mental health warfare are not entertainment for these cruel sadistic people GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR MENTAL WELL-BEING

There are many different amazing providers to choose from at the Woodbury location DBT group therapy for family is very informative and fun to be apart of Highly recommend.

I thought I knew where I was going but realized after two of the Woodbury exits that I did not. I called the office to let them know that I would be late. One of the office people was nice enough to tell me how to get to the office. In fact she had me put my phone on speaker and she directed me from my location directly to their office She was a real life-saver. Thank you

Dr. Polly is the best in the business I would highly recommend her. Plus they have a pharmacy that is awesome its never busy and when you call a person answers on the first ring

I absolutely love nystrom they are so friendly. So easy to work with. I have done so much. Good work with my therapist. Its been 6 months and I have come so far. Thank you Sierra

I absolutely love this place My psychiatrist was so kind and I was able to be an advocate for myself and he listened to what I had to say. The SUD program is wonderful and like a family. I wouldnt go anywhere else

I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff encountered at the Woodbury location. The ladies who check me in are always very pleasant and helpful. Working with my DBT therapists - Katie H. Susan M. and Colleen has changed my life for the better. They have always treated me with compassion and respect. I love the services nystrom provides and every FOA that Ive spoken to on the phone to schedule appointments or for anything Im needing or wanting done is very nice and helpful. Its overall a pretty thoughtful and friendly company from what Ive experienced. Everyone seems to be well trained on their position at mainly every location Ive interacted with too which is great and its great seeing providers and FOAS looking as if they really like their job just in the way they help people and do things.One other thing I wanted to mention is I love my therapist Rebekah Wolfgram she helps me feel comfortable enough to be completely honest with her which is huge to me because its super hard for me to open up to people and shes been non judgmental and gave off a good impression right from the start. Shes very nice and helpful and everytime I speak with her I dont even feel like Im talking with a therapist I feel like Im talking to a friend.

Front desk people are always so nice and helpful. My Therapist is the second best Ive ever had and I can go back 25 years experience with them. Other Therapists I had was when I lived in Michigan and he was the best by far. But I have lived in four states in the 35 years of my 60 year life to compare Good and Bad Therapists.I moved back home in 2015 and have seen her ever since then and I also recommend a therapist to everyone because its a great way to dump your baggage and I know that it isnt going to be said to no one anywhere at any point to be thrown back in your face.I also like having feed back when dealing with issues whether its family friends or husband or even children issues.

This business is run very professionally with well informed courteous associates. They are supportive and thorough.My therapist has a warm demeanor. She well versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities and skilled in her execution. As challenging as I may be there is never a regard to anything but providing support and resources. I am very grateful to be here in my healing process and Im able to recognize the strides I am taking.
