Receptionists are always friendly and confidential lobbys are always quiet and clean. Great experience every week. Haley has been great. I was very unsure of therapy and after my first appointment I started loving going every week. I dont feel judged and I feel seen as a patient. Ive noticed a huge difference in myself since starting therapy here at the St. Cloud location.

This place is terrible. They took a perfectly good day and ruined it. They do not serve people with a medical marijuana prescription infact they outright will discriminate against you because of it. I left there in tears from my interaction with some Indian dr who has no clue whats shes talking about. She treated me as if I was a druggie because of my medical marijuana prescription and caused me extreme anxiety worse than when I arrived. This place is not looking to help anyone and I recommend against going here if you tent to get upset about anything unjust. This place is thee embodiment of Minnesota nice. Abandon all hope ye who enter this place

Very unprofessional. They diagnose you over the phone the first time when youre already diagnosed and create a plan with you then give you completely pointless sessions with no goal or purpose that relate in NO way to the stated Goal or Plan just talking about absolutely nothing for an hour. The providers are disengaged do not care you are a number of dollar bills or of an insurance bill to them. Youd be better the throw your money into a fire than to give it to this so-called Mental Health Provider if you go here - it will just make your mental health worse do yourself a favor go someplace else I know I certainly will be

Most often I have a great visit however on the 8th of March a client came out of the building and threw her Dr Pepper soda and the soda was all over my car...that said Ive always had a positive outcome when visiting for my appointment. It would have been nice if the employees that were handling this womans rage maybe would have offered to pay to wash my car at the very least.

Gwen is an absolute Delight to work with I have worked with her in the past and will continue to work with her as long as I need to. She is caring thoughtful understanding and a whole slew of adjectives I could continue to add but it would just make this review that much longer. The staff I deal with up front are great they listen to my needs and help me get my appointment set up as far in advance as I need to and thats great I appreciate them and Ive never had any problems with this company or their staff. Thanks so much Nystrom.

Worst patient care by office staff that we have ever received. We provide care to disabled adults and started care at nystrom and assoc Sartell MN. On the first visit the waiting room was very dirty with many stains on the carpet and chairs. Felt unsanitary. Then office staff were militant and rude. Doctor Anjum was knowledgeable and seemed good. However on our second visit We ran into heavy traffic and called the clinic reporting that we were five minutes late. The receptionist stated it would be fine. Upon arrival we were actually 7 minutes late and the office Staff refused the appointment and sent us home. I was told that there was a 6 minute cut off time by the office manager. It was over an hour drive from our home and lost wages for taking the day off for the appointment. This was all explained but the clinic staff were rude and uncaring. Worst treatment everI would NOT recommend this clinic. I expect a clinic to care about its patients and follow through with statements that all was ok to arrive late. We were not exclusively late and it was out of our control. Its sad that our medical care has come to this.

Possibly the worst experience Ive had from scheduling staff to the councilor I had. At each appointment you can expect Kimberly A. Willis to either be a few minutes late to not showing up at all was my experience.By my third and last appointment I kinda expected it but finally asked for the front desk to call her nearly 25 minutes after our appointment time which they were unable to contact Kimberly and ended up canceling my appointment for that day. Since I had already paid a deposit as required by the office staff I was told I would be credited for my next appointment instead of my payment being refunded. No explanation given so I waited until my next appointment. On that day there were no records or instructions for my previous appointment and was told by scheduling staff that it would be up to my provider to see me without paying my copay. Again I had to ask the front desk to call Kimberly A. Willis since it was nearly 5 to 10 minutes past my appointment time. By then I was ready to leave and not return. When she finally came out to get me I was walking out having had asked for Kimberly to be called and being told by the front desk Abby that I was being aggressive to staff.

Mine was online and I didnt know if I could sit still for 4 hours. But no prob what so ever. The counselor Anne Hammanne made you feel tight at home .it was just like you were in a room with them. Kudos

I was supposed to have an appointment here that I was put on a 5 month wait list for. I even called 2 hrs before my appointment to confirm that I would need to do is click on the link. No one ever said or warn I might need to download an app for Lifesize. I was told that since they would need to schedule a first time appointment again it would probably be another long wait list. The employee I talked to said they would have someone be calling me to make an appointment. No one has called me 4 hrs later..Update. They never called me. A receptionist told me my file got put at the bottom of a bin in registration and they will get to the files in order. I waited 5 months and no one will help me.Another update I was put on another wait list and told my only option is the emergency room. I keep seeking help and getting turned away.I think its unfair when you communicate that there is an issue connecting virtually and given no other options. So what if you have bad internet service and are living in the sticks because there was no other living options. When you fall you fall and everything becomes even more unreachable and places like this unwilling to accommodate.

While I am grateful for my counselor and Ill be starting DBT soon it honestly leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I try to cancel an appointment only 2 hours after the 24 hour window and was told I would be charged 108 just for canceling in 22 hours instead of 24. I was canceling the appointment because I cant afford the 30 co pay and they expect me to be able to pay the 108 cancellations fee I ended up keeping the appointment and Im not happy because it have to figure out how to pay it tomorrow. Im already paying 60 a week for mental health appointments alone and the fact that they expect people to be able to pay such a high fee when I cant afford the 30 in the first place is ridiculous. The counselors are great but I hate the money involved in this situation because it makes everything more difficult.
