Latina is the best therapist Ive had in my life and Ive been in therapy almost 30 to 40 years but that was down in Texas. The schedulers are kind caring and efficient. They are excellent at sending text reminders of appointments. Highly recommend.

A wide range of services provided all within one organization. With multiple locations and the availability of telehealth I have been able to easily find good matches for my providers especially my therapist Anne C.. The few concerns that I have had were handled quickly and with respect and concern.I highly recommend Nystom and Associates.

Weve been trying to utilize Nystrom for mental health needs however both my partner and I had shown up for appointments scheduled by Nystrom to be told at the door they no longer have appointments for us. My provider cancelled an appointment I had at 9am at 804am however 4 minutes prior at 8am that day I received a bill to pay my co-pay. They have charged us 216 dollars for appointments missed while sending messages for appointments that werent scheduled and not sending messages for appointments that were scheduled. Because of the amount of confusion and miscommunications between our ourselvesour therapists and whoever is in charge of scheduling were choosing to go without their services.

My therapist Ashley T. recently reviewed the initial goals I had set and I have achieved every one of them. We then chose new goals. I am so grateful to have such a supportive caring person who keeps me on track and going further than I thought I could. I am so grateful

Meg Justison is angel. I have been through what I believe is that hardest year of my life this year and she has and does help me overcome and persevere. Meg is extremely kind and she is personable while also remaining professional and giving me true respect and support. I love being able to see situations through a different point of view that Meg provided for me that I wasnt able to see before. Thank you Meg and Nystrom for all you do

I am very impressed with the services I receive through Nystrom and Associates. From the receptionist to the individuals who work with billing everyone has been kind and courteous. I have been working with a therapist with this agency for some time and have received excellent support and guidance.

Had my first appointment at Nystroms this afternoon and it was amazing.. I was extremely apprehensive about going to a therapy but within a few minutes of my appointment I could tell that it was going to be very useful.. its just amazing when things click is all I can say.. and when people have their professional talents to help others.. Very welcoming and warm energy from the staff. I met with David and I feel hes a very caring and understanding individual. I dont feel hes just in it for the career not the pay. His heart feels invested in his patience. I look forward to my future appointments with him.
