Edit the same thing happened a WEEK LATERWaited for over an hour for our video visit. No one called me to let me know what was going on. My son NEEDED medication changes. Called and was told they have no idea what was going on and that I could try to see another therapist. I was transferred to the nurse line where I left a voicemail and no one called me back. I missed work for this visit and my son is struggling. I am beyond frustrated and angry with the lack of communication. Nystrom had the nerve to send me a co pay bill BEFORE the session even started. Not sure what happened but Nystrom needs to get this figured out. The communication is severely lacking and I shouldve been called or notified of any issues

Ive been going to Nystrom and Associates for many years and I love the care Im receiving. If Im having a rough time in between appointments I can call the office and someone will be there to just listen and offer support.

Tanya is my therapist and shes amazing idk if I would of been able to get through these past few years and Tanya is my life savor shes like my best friend well with a schedule and rules but shes just amazing

Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. Make you feel. Comfortable.

Ive been seeing ian for a few yrs he handles my meds and takes his time with me talking over my concerns and relates with my problems an the things I got going on in my life my experience now an in the pass have been very pleasant and positive thank for all your help Ian

Nystrom is the best . Ive been going weekly for about a year and I feel great. The sleep therapy is the best. I went from 2 hours a night to sleeping more then five hours.

I have had a very positive experience with both my psychiatrist and psychologist. They are very professional. They are authentic really caring and truly want to help me get back on track during this crazy pandemic time period. I finally found a place that is very responsive to my needs. Thank you so much

I had a video appt with Azie Khan. Prior to the appt I spent almost 2 hours filling out the required forms. She seemed very awkward and unfamiliar with the process. For much of the appt I was only able to see the top of her head on the screen. It felt like her first day on the job. During the appt she started asking me all of the same questions. I reminded her that I had submitted all of that information and she paused to look for the forms at that point. She had clearly not reviewed my chart. She still asked me most of the questions again. I let her know I didnt have the forms memorized. She laughed. In fact she laughed nervously and inappropriately throughout my appt. She offered me two drug choices with very little advisement. I was so uncomfortable at that point that I just agreed to one of them. I then cancelled my follow-up appointment and requested a different provider.

My life has improved in the past 3 years and it continues to improve to this day .I am very happy to have a better life I actually can be proud of myself. My therapist and staff have been a great help.
