My teenage son saw Sharon Kramer at the Big Lake Clinic. We were going through some very difficult times and were referred to therapy. We were absolutely blown away by Sharon. She connected with my son and made him very comfortable. Sharon helped us get through a tough stage of life and we are both very grateful for her. He still says That therapist was cool and has recommended friends with similar challenges take the same step.

Tried to help someone I know get on suboxone. Nystrom said they could help but they would need to do a chemical evaluation and many other requirements. They wouldnt even get the suboxone for weeks. Obviously if nystrom is also a treatment center then they are going to recommend treatment to bring in more money. This is making it hard for people to actually want to get the life saving help that they need. We set up an appointment with a regular doctor somewhere else and were helped immediately without strings attached please change your policy and actually help people.

Angela has been amazing to work with. Available for any questions and is very knowledgeable and invaluable in medication management.

It was a very good experience.Everyone was very helpful and understanding. I recommend Nystrom.

My counciler is wonderful. Every week we discuss where I am at and the topics change to concentrate on issues that week. We review concerns and positive reinforcement is always given. I am most pleased with everthing and look forward to our next session.

Dont know about therapy because I never made it that far. I had an appointment scheduled for telahealth for over a week. 1 Day before my appointment they called and said my insurance wouldnt cover telahealth but if I went in and connected through the otsego office it would be covered. Fine I was going to do that. 3 hours before my appointment they call and give me conflicting information again and they couldnt be sure my appointment would be covered she said shed call back. 1 12 hours before my appointment she calls again and says actually i checked and your appointment wont be covered by insurance. 2 hours before my appointment they sent me my intake paperwork. On those forms it said return 48 hours prior to your appointment. Now Im stuck trying to find another provider and every one is booked out months. The front office needs work this is beyond frustrating.

Ive been a client of Nystrom Associates for 16 years and have found the staff from reception desk therapist and psychiatrist to be very friendly helpful and knowledgeable in their areas of practice I will not go anywhere else. Ive always felt I was treated with respect dignity from all levels. Love you guys
