Ive had a long slew of health problems that for years had stopped my dream of becoming a nurse. I was nervous about this because of the bad reviews but honestly the practitioners are amazing. So empathetic and they CARE. Its been a long time since I felt like a person and not just a patient in my journey through mental health. Honestly thank you so much. I have one semester left before I can take the NCLEX it was such a blessing to find this place.

Just the worst they dont know how to do their job

This is the worst place to go to. I would give zero stars if I could. I felt so small and insignificant when going here for testing. I felt like my feelings were not at all validated and the tester literally told me I was wrong for feeling a certain way. Dr. Goodman looks like the kind of man that would have been best friends with Freud himself. I have been trying to call and get a hold of someone for over a week now with no one returning my calls or even answering their phones. Please do not go here save your money and your time.Update After 3 months of trying to reach them nearly everyday I finally got a hold of them. I told them I was not comfortable receiving my results from the tester and they told me I had no choice and they refused to help accommodate for my being uncomfortable. I really cannot express how much of a hassle and terrible experience this place was for me.

The absolute worst. Unfortunately its NH so the the pickings are slim but can do better just look around.

The worst service Ive ever gotten in my life. I had some logistic concerns which I will not get into here and the receptionist Erica was extremely dismissive unhelpful and rude. She needs an attitude adjustment. The next logical step was to speak to a manager which was next to impossible. Ive emailed and called them several times asking to meet about my concernsquestionswhich were not my screw-up mind you Ive even sent a letter and after being ignored for a long time I finally got through to someone who was even ruder more dismissive and unhelpful than Erica. All I got was a dry phone call telling me that if I wanted to talk to her face to face the manager thered be a fee and not offering any type of support for the actual problem I was having with them. Never seen this before. When I tried to report the receptionists unacceptable behavior I was only met with skepticism and more disrespect. There are so many layers to this and I cant get into every single horrible detail. They have no idea how to do business especially in this industry like someone said before they are dealing with people who are going through some things and do not need more stress in their lives. Its definitely not the safe place its supposed to be. Do not recommend.

Please do not go here if you are transgender Dr. Goodman has plenty of transphobic things to say unfortunately. They made the appointment and at the intake appointment I felt like he was trying to back out of doing autism testing at several points. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable for someone that works in behavioral health. And no mask

These people are dishonest and unethical. I would give them a negative five if I could. They illegally refuse to provide records when requested. They refuse to provide records to primary care professionals in accordance with the law. They are hostile to fathers and children. They use federal monies illegally to discriminate against men and to promote feminist ideologies. A class action lawsuit should be brought against them

Miserable experience. Dr. Goodman completely disregarded a lot of the information and questions I had about my symptoms copy-pasted information from some other patients report into my own client confidential report and gave me a diagnosis that all of my close loved ones disagree with and are very confused by. I do not recommend this practice and will call to complain about the information pasted into my report.

I brought my daughter to see Dr. Sarah Hall for an intake testing and results. All 3 of those appointments went well. At the last appointment Dr. Hall said she was going to take a look at her schedule and see if she could squeeze my daughter in for play therapy sessions. She said if she couldnt shed at least give me recommendations for other counselors that specialize in working with children. Well I havent heard from her since. Ive left 4 messages at the office 3 with a receptionist and 1 on the general voicemail since no one answered my call. Im extremely frustrated as my daughter couldve been on a waiting list elsewhere for the past 7 weeks. The fact that I havent received at the very least a courtesy call back from the counselor or a receptionist at this point is beyond unacceptable

I am so grateful for having the 1 5 Star councelortherapist at Novus Vita.My therapist has and is my life saver in so many ways. I am so blessed and grateful to have been able to be her clientpatient. Ive only missed one appointment because i was sick that one day i cant even begin to tell you how wonderful she has been. If i miss 1 day a week with her because she is so booked i feel lost. When i depart from most of appointments i feel a sense of Hope rather than Hopelessness.My life is like a roller coaster some bad some good. The challenges i live with in my life are never ending. Thank you for helping me make it through life with the help of your huge heart of gold.
