Didnt even get past my 2nd therapy meeting with their therapist before she openly and audibly laughed at me while I was crying. Unprofessional as they come and I beg others to try and find help somewhere else. And furthermore the therapist I saw which was said to be the best and only trauma therapist they had told me in my first appointment that she didnt know how to spell the word Grateful. She then lied to Mark Draeger the recipient rights director for NLCMH and said that she was coughing however when she laughed during therapy she told me it was just my voice so caught her red handed in a lie and recipient rights laughs in my face and treats me like crazy person. Disgusting excuse for a mental healthcare facility. Everyone involved in denying me access to the care I need should be held accountable.

Beware for you and your loved ones sake. Do not think you are going to get the help you need from these people if you or a loved one is struggling with an unidentified mental health disorder. All the legwork is left up to the guardian. I think they owe my sister back pay for having done their jobs for them on behalf of our brother who has been passed from facility to facility for going on two years now and still has no concrete diagnosis care plan or permanent residence that fits his needs. I think CMH is in part responsible for his rapid decline due to their lack of action and the people employed there not knowing how to do their actual jobs.
