This place is honestly a joke. No one cares enough to answer phone calls and if youve missed a call well youll have to leave a voice message AGAIN. Danielle the PCA skills scheduler hung up on me as I was trying to reschedule an appointment for a day that they were CLOSED. Mind you no one called us to let us know that her appointment would be cancelled. We called multiple times right after the disconnect and guess what voicemail it is again.

Call them for services but they keep transferring me to different people and those people never pick up the phone or return your call after you leave a message. Extremely annoying and frustrating and very irresponsible on their part...

They are a joke I have had them for about 4 years now and the same pca. And they were fine until this year Never heard from them and then they started reaching out and boom my pcas pay stopped 3 times since the beginning of the year No notice nothing Tempus calls to tell me after she puts in her time sheet No one answers and when they do their ignorant and you can tell they dont want to be there I didnt even know I had a case manager Would be nice at 4 years you think Waste of time and energy is all these people are Absolutely awful

This place deserves to get shut down They dont call back answer phones answer emails answer messages Luckily I found another company that actually works thanks to them my mother is getting the help she needs. I suggest a complete shut down of this company

Not so helpful I have been calling for three weeks in a row for a PCA referral and no one has the audacity to return a phone call to inform if they can assist or not or even to refer to a different agency. Definitely not wasting my time anymore and moving on to the next agency.

They forget authorizations left and right every year my case gets closed because the people working here are highly unprofessional my sons case got closed now my mothers case got close because ever since october the lady has not responded to emails from Stavros for my reathorization. We are currrently in feb 2020 which means its been months now im not getting pay if you can find a better pca provider please do highly unprofessional

After spending the past few months calling agency after agency for help the people here actually seemed like they understood what I was going through and didnt make me feel guilty for asking for help. It was a very refreshing change.
