Working first hand I found this a very difficult place to work for as there was a serious lack of organization.. I could never get a call back and I had serious concerns about the clients needs. The equipment IMO was outdated and incerdiable in the way of notl being useful. Although I tried my best to get a client what basically fit IMO met their needs I was most times unheard. As I did clearly explain my concerns to whom I was told to contact there and quite a few times I did. Basic to serious concerns I found but the company representive at Northeast was in IMO disinterest which led to my decision to resign as I was informed many care workers before me also had left for similar reasons. My hope is more compassion for the clients needs will be achieved and people able to provide it are hired to see that happen. . I will follow-up on the concerning issues I had wih others who will be interested and it is also my duty as this particular company IMO showed no resolve in my concerns. IMO I am sure there are better facilities out there -that I would consider first before this one.

This place lacks everything from not providing services to making false accusations on families I do not recommend this place for any type of ABA service this place should be closed down their clinicians are terrible and always cancel appointments 15 minutes before the time Kerri Cooney and Kelly Sullivan are the worst at one of my sons IEP meeting they caused a scene that ended the meeting they get 0 stars from me close shop before you get hit with a lawsuit for violating patients rights

Absolutely horrible horrible place would not recommend my child going there they are under staffed cant provide service to the kiddos they already have my son has been without services since last July Ive cut ties with your horrible company and I will be filing complaints today against three people the director and his former coordinators u wanna throw false accusations about a family thats been with your company for yrs well u all can go to hell I will be calling the insurance company to file and Im making sure to tell them to let the people know I did it never again your horrible and should be out of business permanently
