North Pinellas Children's Med - Trinity

I have been taking my 2 children here for 2 years. On my last visit with my 2 yr old I was told by her doctor that she needed vaccines in order for them to keep seeing them at their practice but I told her we have a strong religious belief and we personally dont feel comfortable giving our children vaccines anymore . So she told me well in order for us to keep seeing her she needs them that made me feel very uncomfortable she dint even ask or suggest anything else this doctor doesnt respect any person or personal beliefs Whatsoever so this happened like 4 weeks ago on our last visit . I received 2 letters saying they will no longer be seeing my children because I dont want to proceed any vaccination on my children and to look for a new doctor You bet I will find a new doctor who will care and respect peoples beliefs. Your practice lost a good family we were very pleased with your doctors and all but after this visit I knew it wasnt going to be good anymore.

All about the money and not my daughters care. Front desk and billing staff Tiffany turned my one year old daughter away due to error on the insurance company Florida Blue while Im in the process of fighting them to pay denied claims. The staff at the office even acknowledged that it was odd what the insurance company is doing. I have been taking my daughter to this office since she was born. I have had no complaints about them in fact I would always love coming here and seeing Dr. Hughes as I think she is a wonderful doctor and handles my daughter with great care. Yesterday I was on the way to bring my daughter to her wellness check up. I called to inform them I was running a few minutes late and the gal that answered the phone stated that I have a balance on my account. I was aware of this because I have been going back and forth fighting with my insurance company about unpaid claims. Which they were aware of as well. error on the insurance companys part Insurance picked and choose dates they would pay and stated that there was no coverage when I have proof that there in fact was coverage and premium was paid for the months they claim of no coverage. However back to the doctors office the front desk and billing staff turned me away due to this issue even after they agreed that there is a major issue on the insurance end and agreeing what was going on is odd. I understand they have a business to run but to turn away a childs health care that has active insurance and because of error on the insurance end screams they are not in the best interest of the childs care but all about the money. She even stated they would not see her if an issue arises gets sick ect. It would be a different case if I was someone who was deliberately not paying my bill. But this is fault of the insurance company. Ive worked medical front office since 2014 and there has never been a case where we denied a patient due to the insurance fault. Very disappointing.

This review is well over due. We been going to this office for about 3 or more years now and I believe on our second visit with the other half of the kids we seen doctor ANDY when I tell you she is such and amazing person she sat there and listen to everything I said didnt interrupt or rushed me through the conversation. She checked all the kids that day and made it fun for them. I never been at so much ease and peace with a doctors office. We cant forget the nurse and other staff that works here everyone is so nice and caring our tech that takes the kids height and weight has been our tech for 3 or more years and she is such a beautiful soul. My friend referred me to this office and I couldnt be anymore thankful we love doctor Andy we love the staff you all have become a value part of our family. Dr. Andie has been amazing for my special needs child and our family Weve been with this office since my daughter was 2 year old. I would recommend to this office to anyone. Ive never had difficulty getting same day sick appointments when needed. And the new referrals process has been very quick and efficient

Love this place and the providers here. I had to scramble to find a new ped for my daughter when her insurance changed and Im so glad we chanced upon them. Always prompt genuine care and the whole staff is great.

We have been going here for our kids since they were born and I cant say enough amazing words about this office Making appointments is a breeze and whenever I need to talk to a nurse over the phone its easy and they listen and will always call me back if needed. The nurses at the office who assist with us are always the most kind amazing people and really show they care. We see Dr. Andi Antigone and she is the absolute best I cant say enough amazing things about her. Her attentiveness to detail how well she listens to all of my problems and concerns and answers them efficiently and with so much care. She has made my kids love going to the doctors because of how awesome she is and sometimes they dont want to leave I absolutely recommend this pediatrician office to all my friends and anyone who is looking for one 1110 service and 1110 doctors and nurses

Dr. Rory Mills is great with my 3 teenagers. She is very professional. Highly recommend

Emily is an absolute GODSEND She was so kind and helpful with getting my childs appointment squared away his information updated. Went around and around with the Palm Harbor office a nightmare please beware and the Trinity location specifically Emily knocked it out of the park. Thank you so much

I was recommended this pediatrician by a friend and have now seen 2 different doctors for my newborn saw another because of a last minute appointment request.I am very happy with the facility Our regular Dr. Antigone Athanasatos or Dr. Anti for short is exceptional. We never feel rushed and she is always honest and to the point with his care.Their availability on weekends is nice and we have not had any issues with any staff.

They refused to see my son claiming a visit from 2 years ago wasnt paid. I set the appointment a month or more in advance yet was told the day before the visit about itNothing ever shown that says I owe anything I asked for proof and got nothing. I messaged them on the site and got no response. Have had my son at CMC for 15 years but I am done now. How you can have an imaginary bill that no one can see but them...is astounding.All they had to do was send me the bill show me something so I could contact my insurance to fix. But they ignored me. Thanks a lot. Either they are scamming to get a few more dollars or they are just that incompetent as a staff in the billing department. Looking for a new doctor now.
