North Pinellas Children's Med - Lutz

The Palm Harbor office was great in 2019 and 2020. I came back and started with the Lutz location in 2023 for 6 months they told me they will give me referrals I never got one. My child is having an allergy issue to foods I believe its gluten I was told Id get a referral 3 months ago for that its still has not been done and we have military insurance. See how the Military is treated by these people. Then my child has urinary issues first they said its behavior then they said its constipation now six months later I have not been referred to a pediatric urologist. My child has had UTI issues 1 year. I gave my child miralax for a month still the same issue. I keep giving money to them getting no results. I came here with a physical that I had got from the military a month prior they refused to fill out the FL physical sheet they said they want me to pay for another physical. Yet we paid for an office visit. How do I get help for my child as a mom. Maybe its only about the money not making sure my baby is healthy. My kid has a cough for over a month no help. People think Im not taking her to the doctor but I do and get the response kids can have a lingering cough after being sick. I need the head doctor of this practice to contact me I asked they said it cant be done. It was refused.

Dr. Farooqi always makes me and my daughter feel super welcome. She has seen my daughter almost since she was born at the Trinity location but once she moved to lutz I couldnt lose her so the 45-minute drive is worth it. I plan to take my little one that is coming in less than a month to her. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Christine Booth is absolutely amazing. She has between seeing my daughter who had recently turned two since she was born. Dr. Booth literally she saw her in the hospital on a Saturday. We had interviewed many pediatrics prior to having our baby and also loved the fact that Dr. Booth has four children of her own If the baby wasis ever sick Dr. Booth and her staff assure the baby is seen the same day I call. I also love how Dr. Booth is very sympathetic towards my daughter and also does not judge on your decisions you make for your child. She will give her opinion yet supports what you decide as a parent. Anytime I ask her a question during the office visit for the baby she not only provides me with a detailed explanation she goes a step further and prints out a document related to our discussion. For instance I inquired about my daughters sleeping pattern and how I can get her to sleep through the night. Dr. Booth not only explained her many years of knowledge and experience related to helping children sleep through the night she provided me with detailed information from multiple websites as well as printed them out thus having a reference to look back on once back at home. I also love how the NPCMC is kid friendly. Every exam room is themed for instance once room may be themed with frozen and have elsa on the wall etc. If you want your child to have a pediatrician who truly cares about your child and will help you and your childchildren through anything I highly suggestrecommend Dr. Booth and the staff of NPCMC Great place and my daughter loves looking at the fish in the front office as well as watching tv whIle we wait to aid in the entertainment factor in the Lutz location as an added bonus

Dr. Boothe is by far the best pediatrician Ive encountered. Shes personal and professional. She has that mom touch that makes my kids so relaxed going to the doctor. The entire staff from appointment setting and checking in and nurses are all phenomenal. So grateful we found her Weve been with her now for 4 years and I hope she sees my kids off to college picture taken pre-pandemic

We have been going to Childrens Medical Center of Lutz since my son was born in November of 2019. They have always been professional and kind and we have never had a problem getting the dates or times we need or getting in quickly for emergencies or last minute as needed.We see Dr. Christine Booth and I cant say enough good things about her. She is so sweet and kind is very laid back but will answer any question you ask with a smile and full of fact based information. She also has 4 kids of her own so she can offer you not only her science based opinion and facts but her own motherly experience which is great for a 1st time mom like myself.I highly recommend Dr. Booth and her office to anyone in need of a pediatrician.

Dr Booth is patient kind funny and thorough. Everything you could possibly want from a pediatrician. My kids have been seeing her for years and every time we are there the office staff nurses and Dr Booth all welcome us like old friends. They make a sometimes stressful situation feel so much better. Im grateful for the peace of mind they bring. Highly highly recommend.

I love this practice and location. In my opinion CMC Lutz is everything a doctors office should be responsive convenient caring and minimally frustrating. We have been going to this location for around 2 years. In this time we have always been able to get an appointment the nurse line calls back in a timely manner and our concerns are always taken seriously. The office staff is very friendly and always polite. We have never had a long wait time and if we have a concern they have been able to work us in. Dr. Booth is fantastic She always takes time to listen is kind and is very detailed. One of the most impressive things about her is her follow-through. She actually calls back when she says she will. Dr. Booth provides print-outs for reference which can be convenient and helpful with little ones and has given us several recommendations for books. The sleep training book she recommended was an interesting read and helped us get our 9 month old sleeping through the night in 3 days with minimal tears. At first we were skeptical of the location which is in a strip mall. However the inside is nicely done and always clean. We have also never had any billing issues. The patient portal isnt the most user friendly and sometimes I have had difficulty with curbside check-in using text during COVID19. However these are minor issues. I would recommend Childrens Medical Center Lutz and Dr. Booth to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

We love Dr. Booth and the whole staff at Childrens Medical Center We first switched to them from another pediatrician when our daughter was just under 3 months old. She had a high fever and her current pediatrician wouldnt see her that day because they were too busy. Someone suggested Dr. Booth and her office and they got us in within an hour. We switched and have never looked back They have always seen both our children whenever we need them and are great

Amazing care Dr Booth and the staff are outstanding. She listens to any concerns and supports the parents. Wait time is minimal and staff is always polite and remembers us Dr Booth is knowledgeable and supportive with breastfeeding intact care so hard to find in this area and attachment parenting practices while still supporting the science based practices such as vaccines and following AAPWHO guidelines. So glad we found this doctor after issues with other providers. Also want to mention how great the back office staff like billing and appointments are they are always friendly and will work with you instead of against you. Happy to bring all three of our kiddos here.

the staff are friendly and polite. It is easy to make appointments and ask questions. You get a response to your questions in a timely manner. The doctors are amazing dr. Booth is one of the biggest asset to this Clinic she goes above and beyond. She has wonderful bedside manners and is so sweet with the children. Besides her amazing bedside manners she has great knowledge in her field. If you need anything diagnosed accurately or any of your concerns she is the doctor to go to. I cant say enough good things about this place so Ill just stop here otherwise I can go on and on.
