Lets be honest Ive read the reviews but I still wanted to give this place a chance. The location was close and it looked kid friendly. However the day I was actually scheduled I WAS NOT on the schedule. They scheduled me a new appointment and when I got there GET THIS THE PEDIATRICIAN WAS GONE FOR THE DAY No call no NOTHING Wasted my time for the second day now with not so much as a CAN I GET YOU RESCHEDULED Oh Sorry I interrupted you LUNCH BREAK

I just left this office and i cant believe that there is a medical office for one is so dirty and unorganized starting from the receptionist all the way to the doctor. When we entered the facility we didnt feel welcomed by anyone in the place and with that the look of the place was so dirty i had a lose of words when they finally took us to the exam room i feared my child might get sick or catch something due to the mess. The doctor upon arrival didnt introduce herself she sat down without even saying a simple hi looking at her computer she asked about 10 questions about our medical history and then left. We stayed in the room for another 10-15 minutes one of the nurses came and told us we could leave we didnt have time to talk to the doctor explain why we showed up on the first place. Mothers and fathers if you love your kids dont bring your child here.

My kids have been going here since my son was born in 2020. Im sure theyve been seen by every doctor there. Some are amazing some of them are not so great tell you bad information. So sometimes I have to ask for a second opinion. The nurse Tanya is amazing with the kids though.

This office has been the pediatrician for my daughter since she was born in 2005. It was once Dr. Marys place and we absolutely adored and loved the staff. Since the transition to NFP it has been a less than stellar experience. My daughter now 17 saw Dr. Hightower in office. She was having an issue near her tailbone that was causing her extreme pain. Dr. Hightower did not do a complete examination of the area in question even after my daughter explained the situation is great detail. She provided zero treatment other than a referral to an orthopedic specialist. Two days later in even greater pain we were forced to take her to see emergency services. She had a major abbess in the area of her tailbone that required draining packing and a 750 ml antibiotic. The absolute disregard and carelessness of this doctor and the office she represents is shameful. My daughter endured additional pain at this hands of her lack of care and regard for her patient. Mr. Mary wasnt perfect but this wouldnt have happened on her watch and Dr. Hightower should be ashamed of herself.

We took our kids there for 2 years since we arrived in Jax. We do not recommend them at all to anyone. Poor service medical experience overall to say the least.

Second time here - fairly friendly staff but the rooms are EXTREMELY dirty. I mean you are treating children. The least you can do is sweep the floor and wipe down the exam table between patients. Today I came after lunch as the first patient in there Do they not clean up before lunch The photo of my sons foot is AFTER I had already wiped it down once.

I went to this location because my daughter was feeling extremely sick. When we got there the doctor named Cohen came in and asked about whats going on. I briefly explained to him all of my daughter symptoms. He was very cold-hearted. Even when I was talking to him he walked out the room mid conversation He acted uncaring and spoke to me harshly.

Worst service They will take you to the wrong roomnot sure if it was clean either. Then again will ask you to wait for an hour and will eventually be seen by a nurse practitioner who apparently cannot diagnose what the problem is and would need to consult with the doctor againThis whole place is a circus show. I wish I could give negative.

Their referral department is horrible after me calling for a month to get my sons prior authorization sent in so he can receive speech so they wouldnt stop his services. They still havent done it and then when they did we had to stop services because he had to get reevaluated and were still waiting for the authorization to go through now I get a phone call from my sons ABA center telling me that theyve been calling for two weeks talking to Wendy and that they were trying to get another referral from the doctor so he can continue services and now they told him it will take 3 weeks to get that referral after calling them for two weeks like seriously they need to get it together I switched Providers so my son wouldnt have to keep going through these problems and has to stop getting services because of their office not being able to do stuff on time I would recommend seeing a different office besides that dr Hightower and dr Mary soha are very good dr the practice is not

Really great staff and has always been very helpful. The only reason we might start looking for another place to go is because the building has a mold problem you can smell it as soon as you walk in. We have called and filled out paperwork with them about it but they still havent done anything about it. Ive even ran into other people who take their kids here and they have mentioned it as well.This is in no way the staffs fault but rather the administrators.
