North County Educational Advocates

North County Educational Advocates and iepnc is an experienced and trusted organization dedicated to ensuring all children have access to a quality education. Established in 2004, we serve families and children between the ages of 3 and 21 in over 30 school districts in the Southern California region. All of NCEA's cases involve educational advocacy for students with disabilities. We assist families of children with learning, behavioral, social, and emotional concerns. Some students have needs that are already identified, while others are seeking advocacy support in helping parents identify issues that may be affecting their child's learning. We are committed to supporting parents and children who are struggling to obtain services and supports in public school.
