Norfield Acres I and II are assisted living facilities located in Capitol Heights, MD. Our facilities are for clients who need 24-hour custodial care. We provide services to and accept Level I and Level II clients who may be socially isolated, physically or mentally impaired, or in some way limited in their ability to function independently. Clients who are able also participate in our adult day services program for social, recreational, and health services in a community group setting.
