I came with my daughter at 7 pm and I have to ask one of the nurse at 9 pm if someone is coming to see my daughter they were laughing in the front desk so unprofessional and disrespectful with pts and parents

My daughter had an appointment with the dermatologist she prescribed a medication that is not covered by my insurance its been 2 weeks with numerous calls and email trying to get the doctor to send a new prescription no one return my calls or emails and my child needs this medication. Now am lost as what to do because I cant get hold of the doctor. This is my worst experience I will not bring my child here again.

Doctors and nurses very understanding and helpful. Very busy day for Monday morning but administration health workers were able to manage as always with good manners an professionalism.

We came to this place with an appointment for an MRI for a baby and we experienced the worse service ever. Our appointment was scheduled for 830am and we had to wait for more than 3 hours to finally access the prep room. Imagine our frustration with a baby without eating or drinking anything for more than 5 hours. For the management of this center if you dont have the ability to offer a quality service you should shut down or maybe schedule less patients. I have no words to express our frustration as parents and the feeling of not being able to comfort our baby. Shame of Nicklaus childrens hospital.

I called the number for the West Kendall Outpatient center and was redirected to a service center. The first customer service rep hung up on me the second one cut me off as I was giving her the information and transferred me to the operator. I tried to complain to the operator but she would not let me speak and told me it was not her area and I told her that I wanted to explain but she would not let me and sent me to the recording. I called again and asked to speak to the manager I was told she was in a meeting and would call me back. I am STILL WAITING. Apparently she and her staff are the same wavelength UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is how we run our business. On the plus side eventually Aliani helped me. She was a joy and my advice to her is run dont walk to get out of that horrid department.

Doctors in that place do not know what theyre doing and dont care about the children or the families that go there seeking help for theyre childrens health. We took my 2 year old granddaughter past tuesday august 15th 2023 because her pediatrician could not see her that day. She had bad cough and fever. They cheeked her very lightly and said she was ok and gave her steroids at the place. Today friday august 18th shes still had fever and my daughter called her pediatrician U.M. Doctor and fortunately they could see the baby. Turns out she has pneumonia and her pediatrician doesnt understand HOW IN THE WORLD THE doctors in Nicklaus didnt see it. Are they really doctors I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WITH A SICK CHILD. They dont take seriously the parents comments and worries. Awful doctors. I really doubt they are doctors at all. They play with your childrens health and life. Sadly there is no way to write a review with no stars.

Drove an hour and half to see Dr. Victoria Fierro-Cobas. After sitting in traffic and knowingly going to be a bit late 30 min Dr. Fierro-Cobas said she wont see us because we were late even when informed. After pleading with the secretary 3 times claiming other patients may have appts at that time not 1 patient was waiting she wouldnt budge to see us. She didnt even come out to say sorry All we got was you can make another appointment. I said no thank you Im not driving 3 hours round trip to come back to see someone who wont even pick up a finger to see us. Good riddance to rubbish
