Nicklaus Children's Sports Health Center

Great experience we had a appointment were taken right in. The Dr who attended my son was nice we were out within 30 minutes.

after checking-in 30 minutes early i am currently sitting in a room 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to begin. nobody has come to ask if we need anything or explain the source of any delay. when i cracked my door open to have some air circulate the door was closed quickly from the outside. i opened it again. it was closed again. sort of frustrating that the only way we got any form of attention was to do something they clinic staff didnt like. doctor finally came in no sorry for the wait or any other typical formality. did a rushed exam and was on his way. for context i work in healthcare so i have a standard of what patient-care should be. going to really try avoid coming here again unless im absolutely forced to and even then.

Doctor roger saldana was great and very profesional. But they have a nurse inside the consultation she is petit blonde hair and sits on the first chair to the left. She has this attitude like she hates the world very unprofessional. I ask her a couple of questtion s and she was very vague and condescending the last questtion that i ask her she stood up and waited in the front until i walked out... my advice if you dont like working with the public especially in a health clinic then your not in the right job . With that attitude and unprofessionalism Mcdonalds and walmart is hiring

Waste of Time. They require authorization referral for appointments but no one calls and tells you they need one. Ive wasted months waiting for appointments and never get seen due to their incompetence.

Staff and the Doctor were nice

I dont understand why people post reviews related to Dr offices or urgent care when this is the SPORTS HEALTH CENTER the place to make the physical therapy. So difficult to read My experience with the Sport Center was excellent my two sons attended. Very punctual clean professional.

My son had a wonderful experience here seeing Dr.Saldana and the Physical Therapist Goran at the sports therapy program. He suffered a growth plate fracture playing soccer and I loved the attention paid to getting back to his competitive sport. Goran kept me constantly updated on his progress and worked on making sure he stays injury free in the future.

This place is amazing My daughter broke her elbow and the therapists were incredible - extremely knowledgeable patient safe and focused on not only healing her specific injury but getting her back to her cheer stronger and better prepared. The facility is awesome and the office staff is great at accommodating schedules. Definitely recommend

While my service was good I have to complain about their deceptive billing methods.Although the sign says this is an urgent care clinic be aware that they will charge you a copay merely to be admitted for service and that you may incur other high charges at outpatient rates.When I went we paid a 100 copay during it visit but later received a separate 300 charge from the physician in the mail. This extra charge was never mentioned explicitly during our visit.I tried calling the guest services number that often responds to complaints here but they were no help.Dont go here unless you have money to burn

When arrived only one parent in front of us. After waiting 145 minutes the supposed doctor spent 3 minutes with us and provided no solution to the reason why we were there. It was a complete waste of our time we left. I wouldnt recommend this clinic to anyone.
