In my opinion for the first time was soooo great The pathologist speech language Kristal Tapia was so nice kind and sweet. She explain everything to me about my child. I want to say thanks to how you talk to my boy. I hope the rest of my time continuing like that. Thanks you.

Awful experience. I brought my child to the center cause she was sick for 15 days with awful cough and low oxygen The doctor argued with me the whole time about how not to check her oxygen at home. Meanwhile she cant breathe. Did not do a chest X-ray and sent her on her way with no meds after I asked for antibiotic and or sterroid. He denied me He doesnt know my child like I do Its unreal. I will never go back there

Do not go to this place it is a scam it takes my daughter they make abusive charges it has no medical ethics they are charging for services that they did not give us... avoid this place.

I will say I was a bit apprehensive to bring my son to this urgent care facility because of the not so good reviews but decided to give it a go since it was urgent and around the corner from my home.My initial thought was that this placewas impeccably cleanThe medical professionals4that saw my 8y0 son were clearly well trained to work with children. They were gentle and respectful towards my child by explaining procedures beforehand and this definitely put my son at ease. They were professional kind and treated my sons health condition effectively. A pleasant experience considering that this was a hospital visit.

We had high expectations since we live in the neighborhood and drove by this location countless times. Our two boys were showing symptoms of a cold and had a bad cough. We brought them in and everyone in check in and the nurses that took the vitals were very sweet however the doctor was extremely unprofessional. She asked who in the house smokes At first I just replied no one smokes however I didnt realize she was assuming someone smoked. She then said you all will get sick because you are a family. She checked both of our boys but didnt give them any medicine besides allergy medicine. I explain to her that they took that before and it didnt do anything but she didnt even care. I even showed her what was prescribed to our son the last time he was really sick and she said no. We left feeling like we had just wasted 1 12 hours of our time. The next day I took the boys to their regular pediatrician and of course he prescribed them a cough syrup and medicine to use with the nebulizer. This was less than 24 hours from when we saw the doctor at this location. We will not be returning.

Completely disappointed for this to be a childrens urgent care. They open at 11am we arrived at 1110 being the 2nd person to sign in. It is now going on...

Overall it was good however the nurse first nurse I cant recall her name not so much. Shes there giving me a speech that my 8 year old is too big for suppository when he has a fever of 3.5 and all I care about is bringing it down. He vomits the liquid hence why I asked for suppository he had strep throat and influenza b which was not even put in the discharge papers it wasnt until another nurse which all the ones I saw after were way Nicer and the last one told me. So please when a desperate mom takes a kid there dont give a speech they arent there for that they are there to get things done and find a solution. My kid just turned 8 hes still small. Also by the way not sure what the complain was when I was even the one who put it since it looked like she didnt want to do it which I didnt care but isnt that her job I think I wouldnt be complaining had I not had her comments bother me. It wasnt until I complained to the doctor that she brought me the suppository. This is my go to urgent care hopefully this wont happen again because overall Ive had good service with others. When parents take kids there they are already worried and stress the last thing they need is bad service they are looking for patience loving care to their kids and solutions.

I been in this center every week unfortunately with my son sick every other week and I never had an issue or anything with this place every nurse is so kind and profesional but today Monday May 29 at 430PM its was doctor Aguilera MD first of all my son its very sick coughing tosiendo hes been like this for the past 3 days none stop when she enters in the room firts impresin was oh parents please cover his mouth my son its a toddler 2 years old hellooooo he doesnt know about covering his mouth after he cough . Not mentioning now I have to go to another hospital because she dont send him anything or do anything for my son HORRIBLE DOCTOR - insensible - insensitive doctor my son has a none stop cough she didnt even do the nose test on my son to see if it was COVID or anything else . Soooo rude not coming back here never again

Just took our 6 year old daughter and 10 month old baby girl to have them both checked and the service was excellent. We did not wait at all for the nurse to call us in both of my girls were seeing right away at the same time with two wonderful nurses. Loved how clean the place is and specially the care that the NP gave to my girls. She answered all our concerns. Will definitely come back if needed.

Im personally very happy with the care my 4 month old daughter Katerina received here. I arrived at 9pm and it wasnt packed at all. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely nice and caring.The wait was not long at all maybe a couple minutes max.Once we got in the room the nurse was very nice and really seemed to care about my daughter and her comfort. The nurse practitioner was also very nice and caring and explained everything very well. The nurse was very gentle with my daughter to the point my daughter didnt even cry for the rectal temp or the urinary catheter Everyone was amazed including myself The doctor made sure to explain and answer all my questions without making me feel rushed even though it was already after they closed.Not once did anyone make me feel rushed and Im very happy with everything.I will definitely be back which hopefully I wont need Lol

Front desk staff was ok nurses in the back seem to have no patience for children and definitely dont want to answer questions. Parking lot and waiting room empty but we were there over 2 hours. Nurse Practitioner was nice but when she was done had to wait over 30 minutes for discharge papers. Had to go ask for them and the nurse said oh yes they just printed although they were at the bottom of the pile. They were too busy chatting to care that they closed 30 minutes prior.
