Introduction

Hi, I’m Nichole Bryan, a pediatric speech-language pathologist based in Riverside County. I work with children ages 1–18, and my approach is play-based, strengths-focused, and neurodiversity-affirming. I have experience in early intervention, autism, AAC, and articulation, and I’m passionate about empowering families and making therapy fun. I believe that communication should be joyful and meaningful, whether that means helping little ones learn their first words or supporting older kids as they refine their skills.

What words would you use to describe yourself?

Empathetic
Fun
Patient
If I had to choose three words to describe myself, they would be empathetic, fun, and patient. I believe empathy allows me to meet each child and family where they are, honoring their experiences and celebrating their progress. Fun is at the heart of my therapy because kids learn best when they’re engaged and enjoying themselves. Patience helps me create a safe, supportive space where children can take risks, try new things, and grow at their own pace. Together, these qualities shape the way I connect with and support families.

Who are you best positioned to serve?

I am best positioned to serve children ages 1–18 who benefit from play-based, neurodiversity-affirming therapy that focuses on communication strengths. My experience includes early intervention, autism, AAC, and articulation, and I love helping little ones discover their first words as much as I enjoy supporting older children as they refine their communication skills. While I am passionate about speech and language, I am not as well-positioned to serve children with feeding or swallowing needs. In those cases, I’m happy to help families connect with specialists who can provide the best care.

Nichole is an exceptional SLP! She brings warmth, creativity, and expertise to every session. Her play-based approach makes therapy engaging and natural for kids, and families absolutely adore her!! She’s deeply committed to her students and their parents, and I’d send my own child to her in a heartbeat.
