They arent equipped to prescribe meds. The Magnolia branch has no MD and no nurse. I dont think they even have an rn anymore. The receptionist takes your vitals and puts you in front of a computer. The nurse practitioner on the screen texts a doctor somewhere.You cant get them to answer the phone because the receptionist is in the back taking BP instead of answering the phone.They have botched my scripts every single month.You cant get meds or any prescriptions sent in without spending literal weeks waiting. The place is a danger to the community.

Monday only if you miss to many appointments or do not call in. I have the issues cant you all help me. Give me a consular that understand me. I have complaints but I do not say any thing but from now on I will and I will be there for help. I never know it going to hit me. Why was I not told that the doctor worked at the clinic. I almost went crazy trying to find address and it was there all the time. Everyone do not know what all services are provided.

Recommended. Been coming here for years and have no plans of switching. People in their reviews need to understand this is NOT a medical clinic if all you want is pills then you need rehab

A friendly staff doesnt save lives being there does. Appointments set are not met waiting rooms are fuller than staff. Imaging ultrasound especially claims they have staff but cannot meet appointment times. 3 hour waits.Staff obviously gets pulled for other duties.Clean but inefficient. Good patient interaction but no acknowledgment of failures.

I recommend this place if you are struggling mentally. It has brought me from a deep dark place. I now offer my personal experience as another example of proof that we can overcome a lot mental battles with professional help.
