Newburg KinderCare

I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Newburg KinderCare. The staff is over and beyond in caring and loving towards my two boys. I love knowing they are safe and in good hands everyday that I drop them off. I love how I can communicate through the KinderCare app with them and they always return my messages and address any concerns I may have ensuring my kiddos have the best care. I also love being able to see photos and videos of my boys throughout the date and receiving updates on how their day is going and what they are doing and learning. My boys seriously RUN inside every morning and cant wait to go back to school the next day and play with their friends and teachers. I am so happy blessed and lucky to have found such an amazing place for my kiddos to learn and grow with people that love them and care about them like I do as their mom. Thank you Newburg Kindercare for all the amazing work you all do.

Newburg KinderCare is what every parent hopes for when they are faced with the decision to enroll their child in day care and we couldnt be happier here. The entire staff is incredible and my children very clearly love it as well. They are treated with such kindness and intentionality and Ive never had to worry about their care. Theres essentially no staff turnover either so huge kudos to them theyre clearly doing something right internally as well.In addition to the day to day we were recently faced with a deployment and the support I was given was unmatched. Staff often checked in on me gave me their personal numbers for additional support outside of daycare were considerate and flexible with our boys through the transition and they voluntarily put together a welcome home ceremony for my husband to surprise our kids upon his return. They go above and beyond in everything they do and the lovepassion for their work is abundantly clear.

Newburg KinderCare is a wonderful childcare facility with a great staff. My daughter has been there for almost a year and has grown and developed so much. She has meaningful relationships with all of her caregiversteachers and every day when I drop her off and pick her up I know I made the right choice in choosing them.

This center is the BEST. When we moved to Louisville our daughter was having some setbacks with her development after a recent hospitalization. The staff here went above and beyond to help us keep track of her progress while also welcoming in her therapists into the classroom Everyone here is so welcoming loving and truly care about each and every child. Newburg KinderCare is absolutely amazing Im only sad that I didnt enroll my daughter sooner. My daughter had never been to any type of daycare before KinderCare. Her grandmother watched her while we worked. She began at KinderCare at 3 years old during the middle of the pandemic. She is now 5 and will sadly be leaving KinderCare in a few months because she will be starting kindergarten in the fall.The whole staff is wonderful. Her teachers Ms. Janae and Ms. Shamori are the reasons we fell in love with KinderCare. They consoled our super shy daughter and helped her to blossom in the super confident little girl she is today. They are amazing teachers. Every child would be so blessed if they have the opportunity to be under their care.The curriculum adventures and phonics is well executed. She has learned so much. My daughter loves learning.The KinderCare app is a wonderful way to see whats going on in the classroom. The center communicates various things often. They respond really quickly to any concerns as well.

We have two children at Newburg KinderCare and have grown to consider the staff as members of our family. The children receive excellent care and education in a safe environment. One of the most important things to us is many of the staff have been there since we started. Our youngest has all the same teachers that our oldest had. We see familiar faces every day. This tells me KinderCare cares about their staff which shows they care about our kids. Communication through their app and in person is great which has become even more important through Covid. I appreciate all the measures theyve taken to keep our kids and the staff safe and healthy during this time as well. We couldnt be happier with our KinderCare family.

Weve had our multiple children enrolled in the center over the last eight years and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The staff turnover is very low in fact the center has had the same director and assistant director since we started which is a testament to the dedication of the staff and positive environment of the center. The curriculum is excellent my children are starting kindergarten testing at the top of their class upon entry. I most appreciate the attentive and loving care shown by the teachers. Knowing my children are being cared for in a cultivating environment is such a reassurance when I am at work. Cant recommend Newburg Kindercare enough

I cant say enough great things about this placeThis was the best decision We loved it there so much that even after we moved extremely far away we still kept our daughter there. Sara Nikki and all the teachers and aides are so wonderful. I felt welcomed and at home immediately and so did my daughter. Initially when she was having a hard time adjusting I would be feeling guilty and cry on the way to work. Within minutes of me leaving I would receive a phone call from one of the staff members reassuring me my daughter was already OK and not to worry. They also did a great job with her regarding her dairy sensitivity. Everyone went above and beyond for her. She learned so much Not only academically but socially too. They even helped her to quit sucking her thumb. I have a background in child welfare and can say that even with my extra critical eye the center and the staff are exceptional. You will not be disappointed

The staff teachers and program at Newburg KinderCare is excellent. The staff displays teamwork are great at communicating and engaging with parents and are friendly and my children love going there everyday. They do a great job keeping parents updated throughout the day with their interactive App and they keep us up to date on what the children are learning in the classrooms so we can reinforce it at home. Probably the most impressive thing about the center is the retention rate of the teachers and staff. This is ideal because it creates a sense of routine and normalcy for the children and parents.

KinderCare on Newburg Road in Louisville KY is an awesome place to send your children for childcare. All of the teachers we have encountered in our two childrens classrooms have been so caring nurturing and have great communication skills. They really listen to you and try to make any accommodation needed to make your child comfortable. The directors of this center go above and beyond to make the families feel like they are a part of the center. They have curriculum but focus on learning through play which we love. They also offer other classes that you can enroll your child in based on their skills or interests. My daughter has loved their phonics program. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is.
