Cant leave a review about any actual services being provided because it is impossible to get through. After calling repeatedly and leaving multiple voicemails I have not been able to get any information let alone schedule an appointment. Do not waste your time.

Ive been seeing Dr. Rinaldi here for the past 5 months or so and the amount positive change he has had on my life has been extraordinary

I saw Jennifer when I was a teen and this has negatively impacted me for the past 10 years . She is untrustworthy

I was suffering from anxiety for some time and worked with one of the phycologists. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to help me with techniques on how overcome my anxiety. I had no issues setting up appointments as the front desk was organized and always got back to me if I had to reschedule. I definitely recommend this office for mental health related issues.

I came here looking for help with anxiety depression and I have reason to believe the counselors at New York cognitive therapy have little to no experience. This lady with glasses had to read from a packet in order to tell me facts. When I expressed my concern of social anxiety in public settings she said I am unimportant. I left this place feeling worse then when I came in. I do not recommend this place to anyone besides those who wish to pay 30 for information you can easily find on google. With that being said I personally received more positive feed back from Siri on my iPhone device.-MESSAGE TO OWNER- just because I wish to remain anonymous does not mean my review is fraudulent

Terrible response Waited over 2 weeks for a response after calling 3 times . the representative told me the therapist had a opening and would call me after the 2 weeks Lisa the representative finally told me they had no opening and I could be put on a wait list . Terrible after being told there was a opening and I finally thought found help for my daughter and waited over two weeks to be told sorry you can be put on a wait list . Shocked at the response from a therapist office on not only the lack of call backs but they giving someone hope to finally find help and to be told sorry we have nothing . Terrible

This place is awesome I have been dealing with depression for some time now and they have helped me so much in dealing with it

Had great sessions but their therapist is horrible at getting back to people which is why i had to leave. I work an inconsistant schedule so i would have to let them know each week which day I would be free next. Several times the receptionist never got back to me when i tried to call no one picked up and i missed a week as a result.
