Worst experience with any office and provider I have ever experienced. Dr Jenny the NP and The office manager will say or do anything to drop you and refer you back to your PCP. I was the only patient in office and Dr Jenny Swapped Rooms to read MRI. I cried in hallway and begged her to not drop me and see me for my seizure disorder that on our 2nd visit she was still unaware of and had not seen in my chart . She told me that she was sending me to colleague and I begged harder to see me and not transer to work with me. That is considered abuse unless door is closed and I was dropped by office by letter 5 days later after begging the rude office manger to hear me as well. Now after 7 months i start referall and search for neuro all over. The absolute worst medical and customer realtions experience Ive ever had.
