I just want to thank you guys for your help and guidance. Yesterday my son received student of the month at his school and I thought about how you guys were here for us since day one. I will be forever grateful and thankful for what I learned about our school system and how they move and work. Thanks for having my back. Anyone who has a child with behavioral issues please let them help you. I was lost and my son first school didnt care about him and what we were going through. Nevada Pep said not on my watch and made sure my son didnt fall between the cracks.

Nevada Pep are soo caring and listen to Parents concerns. We all get emotional when it comes our children. Im so glad I have some people to call who can speak for us when we need help.

If you have a child that has any kind of special needs contact NVPEP From preschool through the time he graduated high school my son and I were supported and helped through the bureaucratic nightmare of the Las Vegas school system. We had an advocate that was able to help us through IEP meetings meetings with teachers and administration meetings where they wanted to expel my son meetings leading up to the more formal due process. The advocates do not tell you what to do but they inform you of your rights and make sure that the school system knows that you know your rights and make sure that your child will get the best for them. There are support groups for parents so youre not pulling your hair out all the time lol My advocate still checks on my son and I still attend support group youre like a part of my family . I swear my sons high school diploma should say on it thanks to NV PEP dont hesitate to call

I am a single dad and i was having trouble with the school systemDan from Nevada pep is a wonderful advocate that help me with my sons school issues and help me learn some of the ins and out of the CCSD school system. He even went with me to a meetings for my child which was very nice and helpful because the school tried to tell me why they didnt want to help me but because dan had coach me before the meeting I was able to use the schools language back to them and I got the help my son really needs..Onces again thanks Nevada pep and all the people that work there.

I recently joined Nevada PEP since the beginning they show me respect and listen to me every single time that I called with a question they have helped me so much I feel more confident in how to help my son better in his education and how to Advocate for us because of the help and guidance I have received in Nevada PEP.

Nevada PEP is a great organization that helps families advocate for children with special needs.

Nevada PEP is an organization consisting of parents who educate encourage and empower other parents. PEP helps parents become their childs best advocate and get them the services they need to help them reach their unrealized potential for growth

If your a parent and are having trouble with the school system Nevada pep is a wonderful advocacy for adults that dont know the ins and out of the CCSD school system. They will even go with you to certain meetings for your child which is very nice again if you dont know the ins-and-outs of the school system.
