I cant speak on the whole practice because I didnt see every Dr. But I will speak to Dr. Bentinjaneh especially. He shouldnt call them Patients he should call them clients. If youre already managed he might be a good fit. But if you need answers that require out of the box thinking or further research look elsewhere. The office didnt even know what CRPS was nor did they look into it. It wasnt until my sister printed information out and literally made a trip JUST to bring pieces of paper to them that they figured out what it was. Their lack of resolve is astounding and extremely frustrating. So again If you just need the occasional med levels and med script this is the Dr for you

I had seen one Dr at the kempsville location that I didnt find very helpful. However once I got in with Dr Lanoue it was a world of difference. Highly recommend Dr Lanoue for chronic Migraine suffers.
