This is a wonderful practice All of the providers and support staff truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to help. I have also used the physical therapy center and they are equally amazing. Everyone has been very responsive and kind. Highly recommend

My experience actually started because of a migraine I had blinding pain with bad worsening pain if exposed to any light. The medication and treatments Dr Fonda Chan and GOD gave me a miracle of total healing wham bam I was better. Brandy the M.A. always passes my concerns given in message to her phone fast quick and in a hurry. Nestle Quick. P. A. Karen is so great and always on top of my health whether I was in hospital for anything . She is really thorough and always gives time and compassion for ailments . I trust her for her but also I know that Dr Chan wouldnt have her on staff if she wasnt top notch . Alll the providers I have had through Dr Fonda Chans clinic are great and very knowledgeable of the field they maneuver in. When I have meeting with them I feel muchly cared for. They put the. C. A. R. E. back in health care for sure. Im in my 70s and have a lot of diagnosis seen a lot of providers but Fona Chan M.D.Neurologist is best. You ask is she first place and I will tell she is far ahead of whomever is in 2nd place. The young ladies at check in are top notch also. You ask me what I like about this clinic and I say everything . Its great place . Compassion runs deep here. If you dont like this place then you just dont like. Point blank .

Dr Panjeti is very thorough and caring. She addressed all of my husbands concerns. The nurses and PA are also wonderful. Even the receptionist was wonderful. They all made our visit easy.

Last month my daughters Dr moved to this practice we absolutely love her Dr. However this has been the worst experience ever no one returns phone calls the staff seem very uncaring and no since of urgency I have asked for the practice administrator to call me to discuss why Ive had to leave 7 voicemails and call 10 times to see what different medication my daughter would be switched to since there was a shortage on her current one. Still no one has even returned my call its been 3 weeks now this is horrifying as a patient and I hope changes can be made with the office staff so no patient has to experience this.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone to change my appt with Dr. Takesaka and no one has returned my call. Their voice mail is now full and no one is available to assist with appts. I am sure Dr. Takesaka is wonderful but communicating with this practice is impossible.

I was scheduled for an EMG diagnostic today with Dr Gerhardt which went very well. Dr Gerhardt is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I was given the results immediately which was appreciated The staff is friendly and thorough. Dr Gerhardts nurse made sure I was comfortable. She even brought in a tub of hot water to keep my feet warm until the testing began. I highly recommend Neurology Consultants for any neurological needs.

Super knowledgeable and diagnosis was quick and easy. Bedside manner is amazing and Dr. Subei is always very professional. Attentive to detail and very responsive. Tina is also amazing She has gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and is very responsive when I send her messages. Couldnt have picked a better doctor. You wont regret it

Best neurology practice I have ever been to by far. I have seen 3 doctors here and all were exceptional. My PA Mina is also exceptional as well as knowledgeable caring and invaluable to me. Likewise MA Jessica who is professional compassionate and I am grateful for her. Front desk staff are also top notch. They are helpful polite kind and friendly. Kudos to the entire team - I love this practice

I love my new doctor there. Dr Gerhardt is awesome. The low rating is for the inability to reach somebody in that office. I literally called for 2 weeks and sent a message through the portal begging for a call back. To date no response. I finally overrode the system and reach their radiology department and a very sweet gal in there help me with my problem. I was desperate. I have an appointment on September 1st with a back doctor who needed some of their records. She took care of it. But the frustration Ive been in begging for a call back should never happen with a doctors office. That is the reason for a lower rating because my doctor its awesome. I give a star for my doctor and one to the young lady in the radiology that helped me today. If it werent for them I would give a zero. I found reviews as far back as 2 years complaining on the staff in this office. This also would cause me to rate this very low. Im so disappointed because my doctor is so good and the office is giving them a bad name.
