Dr Panjeti is very thorough and caring. She addressed all of my husbands concerns. The nurses and PA are also wonderful. Even the receptionist was wonderful. They all made our visit easy.

1. No patient portal2. No direct line and way to contact Dr or his staff3. Long call-back times4. Recommend NCD RX was more expensive than local pharmacies5. Physical therapy was booked at different organization than discussed6. Too large and confusing to navigate.

I took my grandmother 3 weeks ago and the receptionists were amazing I was supposed to get a phone call from the manager Sherry for Botox she is very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I would bring my grandmother back if the manager was more professional for now they have lost a patient and future patient.

After my first visit in January two tests were ordered mri and emg nerve study. The soonest the nerve study could be scheduled was 8 weeks out while my condition continued to deteriorate. Following the nerve study a post was made to their portal with results and I received a call from someone in their office. They mentioned a couple of findings and asked me if I was doing physical therapy. Why would I be doing physical therapy No follow up from the doctor. No phone call no office appointment no message on their portal. Apparently its up to me to go to some physical therapy place and try to explain my problem. Im going to find another practice moving forward.

Last month my daughters Dr moved to this practice we absolutely love her Dr. However this has been the worst experience ever no one returns phone calls the staff seem very uncaring and no since of urgency I have asked for the practice administrator to call me to discuss why Ive had to leave 7 voicemails and call 10 times to see what different medication my daughter would be switched to since there was a shortage on her current one. Still no one has even returned my call its been 3 weeks now this is horrifying as a patient and I hope changes can be made with the office staff so no patient has to experience this.

Dr. Tran and his PA and both outstanding. Unfortunately I had to trash a CGM that I just put on yesterday because nobody mentioned that I could not get the MRI with it. I wish someone had told me. I could have waited one day instead of wasting a CGM. This fact was nowhere in any of the forms I filled out or information I was given. With the large diabetic population in the USA and with more and more people having CGMs this needs to be fixed.

This is a wonderful practice All of the providers and support staff truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to help. I have also used the physical therapy center and they are equally amazing. Everyone has been very responsive and kind. Highly recommend

I was scheduled for an EMG diagnostic today with Dr Gerhardt which went very well. Dr Gerhardt is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I was given the results immediately which was appreciated The staff is friendly and thorough. Dr Gerhardts nurse made sure I was comfortable. She even brought in a tub of hot water to keep my feet warm until the testing began. I highly recommend Neurology Consultants for any neurological needs.

I have been under the care of Dr. Subei and the lovely Tina for NMOSD and can confidently say that the level of care Ive received has been exceptional. They are not only highly knowledgeable about NMOSD but also possesses excellent communication in regards to all questions and treatment options. They take the time to explain all medical concepts in a way that is easy to understand and I always feel heard during our appointments. Their compassionate and empathetic approach has made a significant positive impact on my overall experience. I would definitely recommend them

Super knowledgeable and diagnosis was quick and easy. Bedside manner is amazing and Dr. Subei is always very professional. Attentive to detail and very responsive. Tina is also amazing She has gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and is very responsive when I send her messages. Couldnt have picked a better doctor. You wont regret it
