Went here for assessment and got told at the end by Dr. Laurie Philipps to start acting my age and to stop acting like a ten year old after actively reading and acknowledging that I had emotional regulation issues and emotional regression Not only that but the psych admitted that they dont like how diagnosis criteria is for autism now like Aspergers and PDD under the umbrella and they refused to say I was autistic because I was too smart to be autistic - which multiple studies and psychs will tell you is NOT a diagnosis criteria for autism Like that is a MAJOR red flag I told my therapist also part of the staff- Michelle Joos and she basically said she couldnt do anything because shes her boss- like acknowledging malpractice and ableism in the practice but not able to do anything Like lmao

Dr. Philipps and her team are great and very professional and reliable. Ive never had such a good treatment She knows her field very well and really wants to help you.

One of the worst financial decisions I ever made was going here. Instead of charging my HSA they directly charged my credit card almost 3000 over 2 months without telling me. When I repeatedly emailed them to fix this they always said theyd get back to me and never followed up. Predatory business

Dr. Philipps and the team at Neuro health helped my son tremendously with diagnostic clarification regarding auditory processing disorder and also with Michael very helpful recommendations regarding treatment and also accommodations for him in School. We are very grateful for the attentiveness and commitment of everyone at the practice.

Dr.Philipps is very helpful with getting college students academic accommodations she understands college systems and is great at helping college students with also determining best ways to get other supports in college

I have known Dr. Laurie Philipps for forty years. She is a person of the highest integrity and works tirelessly on behalf of her patients. In addition to her impressive professional and academic credentials she is a very compassionate person who can draw upon deep life experience to help individuals of all ages. I recommend Dr. Philipps and her practice highly.

Fully agree with the other 1 Star reviews here. This place is unethical at best and out to milk you dry. They will make you sign a credit card authorization agreement to charge your credit card for balances due which seems reasonable. However they will not inform you that they will charge your card whenever they want and for however much they decide. They have charged us for made-up appointments in addition to hours upon hours of interpretation when their fee statements says this is included in their sessions. I am in process disputing claims with our insurance company and considering if there is fraud going on here.BEWARE Please find another office who will care about you and your loved ones.

Maddening. That is the only word that can describe our experience of getting our son tested. We were first told that he would need six 2 hour sessions. That is what we agreed to. At least four of the sessions were cut considerably short. We were told by the employee administering the tests that more sessions would not be necessary. Low and behold he ended up needing NINE sessions because the previous ones were cut 20-30. We were then told that we would not have to pay for those extra sessions because they had originally told us six. The psychologist made the call that the sessions be cut short...and that is why we needed so many more. Its ridiculous. Then we were charged random charges of 850 for bogus charges. STAY FAR AWAY. If I could get negative stars I would.

The team at NeuroHealth has been great They are compassionate and truly dedicated to their patients and their mental health. Dr. Phillips has been very good to work with. She has been a big asset is helping myself and my family

Highly disappointed in this facility. They wanted us to sign a form to authorize credit card payment without our authorization for any charges. I refused to sign this form. I told them I would pay on the spot or receive statements to pay them. But they forced us to sign this form prior to the consult or else we will not be seen at all. Im very cautious with this facility as Ive seen a lot of negative feedback from this place about their billing and this is so true They are insisting to make a copy of our credit card which we decline. Lesson here - read fine prints before signing any forms.
