NESCA has been an enormous help to our family. Weve used them multiple times over the years. Not only have their Neuropsychologists and Transition Specialist given us meaningful and detailed insights into our teenager but theyve been great with the teen as well. They are also available to consult on treatment options planning for school and home and working with the schoolsIEPs. Theyre the best.

We were very impressed with the entire process of having our daughter assessed. The support staff is responsive and helpful. In fact we are having a 2nd evaluation for our daughter at NESCA 5 years later to prior to college.

We are so impressed with NESCA services. Once we started getting our son evaluated at NESCA we understood how important it is to get an evaluation from a team that is as professional as NESCA is. It has been a pivotal part of getting him the help he needs and understanding him better overall. Not only are the evaluations detailed communication is impressive and recommendations they make are always helpful and have been a game changer in my sons development. One of them being Billy the person trainer at NESCA who my son has been seeing weekly for 3 years. I highly recommend NESCA for evaluations and for Billy.

I have had 2 of my children evaluated at NESCA in each case this Fall as well as 3 years ago. I can say that the team at NESCA led by Dr. Ann Helmus literally changed our kids lives. Their dedication including numerous emails on weekends and in the evenings combined with their incredible expertise and caring advice has made a difference in immeasurable ways. I recommend NESCA without reservation. They are simply the best medical professionals with whom I have ever dealt.

I cannot praise NESCA enough Honestly I would have probably thrown myself into a ditch without their guidance empathy expertise and continued support particularly through the pandemic. My son is a high school senior and went through a depression during the pandemic and his NESCA Life Skills Coach Sophie Bellinis and Transition Adviser Kelley Challen were and continue to be our lifeline when it comes to emotionally supporting him and advising him on post-secondary planning. NESCA exercises a client-centered approach with an emphasis on a childs gifts and strengths rather than their deficits. This approach has been critical in empowering my son so that he feels prideful and not shameful.

As an educator and dyslexia specialist I cannot say enough about the high level of competence and caring that NESCA has provided for my students and their families. When a neuropsychological evaluation is recommended it is critically important to get an accurate diagnosis. Dr. Ann Helmus who heads NESCA is an enormously talented diagnostician who has provided spot- on insights practical recommendations and an ongoing support system. The NESCA organization has been an amazing partner...thank you

Terrible service and deceptive billing practices. Using NESCA relative to all other providers we have worked with really stands out as a horrible experience. They issue invoices 3 months after the fact claiming that your insurance didnt cover part of the services. Meanwhile documentation proves they have. Nevertheless they continue to be rude in their communications avoid any escalations to supervisors and charge you for amounts that do not correspond to fact pattern of documents. Ended up having to file a complaint with the attorney generals office. Avoid this place
