I have worked with New England Psychological Assessment Center and Dr. Rooney on two separate occasions for neuropsychological evaluations for my two daughters. I found Dr. Rooney and the staff in the office to be extremely professional. They are all wonderful.The evaluations themselves were very thorough and provided in depth information and insight that allowed us to be able to get our children the help they truly needed. We have received several compliments from other professionals regarding the reports themselves stating that they rarely see such well written evaluation reports.In addition I will be forever thankful that Dr. Rooney went out of his way to expedite my youngest daughters evaluation as she had recently been hospitalized for OCD. We were so worried and really wanted his opinion on how to help our youngest. You can tell that he really cares about his patients and wants to help families any way that he can.

Dr. Rooney was wonderful. He was patient and kind and extraordinarily thorough in his evaluation and assessment of my 9 year old. He was also very thoughtful in his approach to relaying the test results even though they were quite difficult to hear. He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed throughout the entire process. He listened to my fears and concerns and helped guide me on our next steps to take to get my son the services he needs. I can not say enough wonderful things about our experiences at NEPAC and Dr. Rooney.

I had an evaluation with Dr. Rooney about two weeks ago. The front office staff were very quick to respond over email and were very kind in person. The office setting is casual and relaxed which was nice for a 3 hour evaluation. Dr. Rooney was very pleasant to work with- he asked if I need breaks and made the process as quick as possible. The office said the full report would take a few weeks to comeback. After my appointment I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and unsure of how I performed during the evaluation and after emailing the office with my concerns received an email and call from Dr. Rooney going over my results and putting any of my worries to rest the day after my evaluation. This was less than 36 hours of my exam. I really really appreciated Dr. Rooney taking the time to go over my results with me as soon as I emailed him with my concerns. He explained all the results to me and ensuring any questions I had were answered - the call probably lasted 45 minutes. Also even though they said it would take a few weeks to compile my results I had the full report within a week after my evaluation I would highly suggest using NE Psychological Assessment Center.

We found Dr. Rooney to be very kind thorough and knowledgeable. He put our child at ease and took extra time to make sure the report was comprehensive and accurate. His office staff was extremely responsive and helpful as well.

I worked with Donna and Dr. Pope quite a bit over the last few months and they are both exceptional Very kind and helpful and they seem to really care. The building was very nice and comfortable Dr. Pope and Donna did everything they could to make things as comfortable and easy as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone

Dr. Rooney and his office staff were always professional timely and responsive. The evaluation was intimidating at first but Dr. Rooney walked me through the entire evaluation process. I am very glad that I found New England Psychological Assessment Center for my evaluation and recommend them for anyone looking for evaluations.

Dr. Rooney was attentive thorough willing to work with me. As a patient with a slew of issues which make interacting with certain doctors extremely difficult. I had not come across a moment where they did not impress me with their professionalism care. Highly recommend Dr. Rooney his office team.

We can not stress enough how helpful Dr. Rooney has been. We have two children who are completely different and have different difficulties. Dr. Rooney is professional and kind. Our children respond well with him. Each of our children have been assessed by Dr. Rooney and Dr. Rooney was very patient and caring with the both of them. We appreciate that Dr. Rooney took the time to review his findings for each of our children and explain every aspect of the assessments. We highly recommend him to other parents with children who may have difficulties as well.

Dr. Rooney was very kind with both myself and my daughter. He provided ample time for breaks and lunch during her testing period. He was patient and spoke gently to her. Dr. Rooney made my daughter feel at ease while administering a test that could have been overwhelming to her. In the end I received answers that made my daughters learning difficulties make more sense. I would highly recommend him.

I am so appreciative of the staff and doctors they have helped me and continue to assist with all three of my children. Dr. Rooney has provided me with not only help in determining my childs difficulty but also providing me with many resources for me as a parent to help them. I love how they break down the process into three separate appointments to really get to know my child and my concerns. I would recommend them to anyone. They are extremely thorough in evaluating a child.
