I took my 2 and a 12 year old and 3 month old. There at the same time for cardiology. My 2 and a 12 year old is not a big fan of doctors but the doctors here were so amazing. Made her feel comfortable took their time when she wasnt feeling Comfortable doing the testing instead of forcing her. Included her and had her help with her baby brother when his testing was getting done they were so amazing by far the best doctors appointment I have ever been to with my children. wish I could go there for their pediatric appointments very clean environment as well as fast I waited no more than 10 mins after checking in.

We do a lot of doc appointments and my daughter has never hyperventilated and cried like she did here for the eye doc. Its like they arent used to working with younger kids. They laughed off her crying and I asked to talk to the doctor about the process and she never came in. We never saw the Dr at all and left very unhappy and frustrated. I feel like its a parents job to get the kid into the appointment without anxiety and freaking out as much as possible with a 5yo and then I need their help to play with her and treat her well to get the job done. They failed on that.We took her out of school and drive 45 mins for this..

Been here twice to see Dr. Ikeda. The staff is wonderful and patient. Both times Ive had my three year old and infant and theyve been nothing but understanding kind and thoughtful towards them. Dr. Ikeda always answered all of my questions and never made me feel less than. 1010 recommend.

My daughter had an appointment today with NP Lindsey for asthma and everyone was so sweet and caring. Nemours really cares about their patients and families.

Professional and courteous. They were very good with the care of my son and the cast he needed for a fractured radius in his wrist.

Yall ever have the day where everything goes wrong That was me today. My son is teething and to call him fussy is an understatement. Imagine my mortification when I show up to our first visit to get his clogged tear duct checked out and he full-on wails the entire time. Yet not a single staff member gave me side eye. In fact Mary was so patient and kind during the exam Dr. Ozturk was sweet and sympathetic and even the other workers opened the door for me and tried to cheer my baby up. The absolute professionalism promptness and informativeness was matched by the utter gentleness and empathy the entire office bestowed on us. Definitely worth the drive. I felt so seen and supported instead of judged rushed annoyed etc. Very highly recommend

I had to take my 5 year old for the chest x-ray to this location. Pediatrician said the chest x-ray looked fine but shes been running a fever for 5 days by then so I took her to a different place to get checked the next day. Another chest x-ray showed she had a pneumonia Luckily the right treatment had been prescribed and she got better. I received a survey request about my visit to Nemours which I completed letting them know what happened but nobody reached out to me about that. Yet they are quick enough to send you the bill. My daughter could have ended up in the hospital or worse You expect me to pay for the x-ray that didnt show anything while she had pneumonia

Please please please do not waste your time if you are apprehensive about vaccinations. Rhonda Elton will NOT HEAR your side of why it makes you nervous she will automatically discharge you and place the blame on you for being rude. I read the reviews previous to this I spoke to 3 different conversations of program directors saying that its not Nemours Policy to discharge unvaccinated children. So I was mentally prepared to have a mature conversation about this subject because I really wanted help and to be more informed.My son was shy of 6 vaccinations to be caught up. I wanted more information and she automatically forced me out to another location. I did speak with her she says she didnt feel like my son was a good fit without hearing me out completely. I was not rude. I was honest and she didnt like that. I am now forced to travel 2xs longer to be seen with my other fully vaccinated son. SMH Nemours I did respect you until now.

Nice staffnursesdr but was really disappointed with the cost of service especially having to pay before seeing the doctor not knowing what service my child was going to receive when I left there knowing what I already know and not giving me anymore information other than booking a check up appointment. I asked if there would be more fees for the check up and they couldnt give me an answer.So in all its just getting caught in the system. How is being in-network even possible Its Crazy Lesson learned. Im wanting help to prevent my child from having future surgery and to walk out with no more than I know Im really upset with the cost for this service.Im posting just to warn those looking for prevention help. Im at a lost looking for better answers and those who actually care in helping people.Wishing all the best to those searching as well.

Kicked us out when we said we didnt want to vaccinate our baby with 103 fever and failure to thrive. She told us to go to another clinic.
