Fredrick at the Melbourne location was absolutely AMAZING with my son and his cast removal pin removal and recast. He made my 6 year old son COMPLETELY at ease Definitely recommend requesting Fredrick Fredrick was so good with my boy I cant recommend him and this place enough. My son will for certain remember him. Thanks for all your kindness and help brother Fredrick your a real one

The address brings you to a mall and a gym is at the physical address. They did not see us for an hour and thirty minutes after a scheduled appointment and said they dont have enough resources to do their job. Before anything they collected a 400 advance. Never again. If I could give negative star reviews it would be more appropriate.

We had a great experience. This is how going to the Doctor is supposed to be like The front desk ladies were so nice the nurses and most importantly the provider took the time to talk to us and did something other providers dont do he listened Thank you Dr. John

I had an Appointment yesterday for my son. Seizure runs in my family this is the reason for his appointment. I waited for more than 8 months to be seen. First the Medical Assistant was VERY inappropriate and unprofessional. She was doing her medical Questionnaire I had answered and also explained my son is artistic he has Asperger. She out right in so many words said I was lying My son is medically Diagnosed by a professional. That is very rude and crazy to be loud and WRONG. All people on the spectrum are not the same.Secondly the Doctor Who name is Matthias M Zinn seems to be a nice and caring especially to children. BUT he regraded the proof of videos of my Son having seizures I have showed not one but two. He told me that those was just excitement of expression I should have no concerns. I used to have grand mal seizure til this day because I didnt get the proper help at young age I am left with memory damage. I told him I didnt agree I am writing this review to keep as a receipt of reminders.Positive Note The Front Desk Receptionist was amazing and Professional.

I cant say thank you enough to this amazing office full of wonderful staff. Margarita was exceptional and such a breath of fresh air when we first arrived and my daughter was nervous. Dr. Daniels was great he showed my daughter her Xrays and spoke to her as well as me to make sure she understood. Our situation required a consult with other doctors and that made us feel so confident in our plan of care. Fredrick is TOP NOTCH and absolutely AMAZING My daughters splint had to be removed arm examined and a new one put on. She did not like the look of her arm and was very nervous. Fredrick was on her level talked to her explained what he was doing and his history. It pulled her out of her worry and put her at ease. I will do everything I can to request him for her cast appointments in the future. This office and staff definitely helped make an uneasy time much easier.

Brenda at the front desk is amazing. She was so helpful kind and happy. The rest of the staff was also wonderful. Emily and Margarita so so kind and funny. Dr. Ivsic was very thorough he explained everything going on perfectly. Great experience.

Our entire Nemours experience has been excellent However there is one truly shining star in the Melbourne officeMr. Fred took care of my son removed his cast pulled his surgical pins and re-casted his arm. It was one of the best medical experiences weve ever had Thank you for being kind caring and comforting in a stressful environment

My sons second visit today and we absolutely love it here. The entire medical staff is incredibly friendly professional and efficient. Ive never been to a clinic where there are hardly any wait times lobby or when in the room. They are on their A game
