Nemours Children's Health, Kissimmee

I used to love Nemours. They were friendly understanding and were always putting the kids first. Now they will be the last place I recommend. My daughter is now was a patient there and her insurance changed due to some circumstances and now they wont accept her. She hasnt even been able to get her shots due to this. This office is not what it used to be. Taking both of my kids out.

They change a lot of pediatrician. My son has been coming to this place since 4 years old. Know he is 17 and its his last visit. He has seen more than 10 pediatricians.

Dr Bolanos-Flores is easily the worst physician at this facility. She was super unfriendly and not very gentle with my newborn baby dismissed my concerns about my daughters severe acid reflux had a bad attitude every time we saw her and acted like we were wasting her time. Never responded to any concerns I had or even acted like she cared. She should not have a license to work with children. On top of that when I had to reschedule our appointment the receptionist that took the call had a horrible attitude treated me like an inconvenience and very nastily told me theres no appointments available for me until further notice. I will not be bringing my daughter back here. I found a better doctor at The Loop Pediatrics who was kind gentle and took my concerns seriously and even offered solutions to try to help fix the problem. If you care about your kids youll stay away from Nemours Primary Care Kissimmee.

This place pretends they care about kids but they never have appointments nobody is ever in the office but somehow theyre too busy to see kids in a timely manner you see the doctor for 5 mins then wont be able see the doctor for another 10 months No care just tired of their jobs and you can tell.

Stay away from this place if you can at all cost. They have rude employees and refuse to help with sample things that could be taking care of over the phone like a refill for an already prescribed medication. Denied request to schedule a talk with provider. Cynthia is specifically rude and not helpful.

This office has downhill Not what it use to be My child who suffers severe asthma I call for the medication they tell me he needs to be seen in person but wont have anything for days out so basically forced to the ER your primary is useless.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Pilar since she was born the first location was great. These new set of ladies are just not very communicative My daughter was seen Friday it is Wednesday and If it was not for me calling since MONDAY I wouldnt even hear from them not to mention my daughters lab results are not even back in. Truly a joke. Im certain if it was one their own children they would be more proactive in seeking results and communicating with the parents regarding much anticipated results

I absolutely love Dr. Brunner shes amazing very attentive and answers all your questions she takes her time with you and your child you dont feel like youre being rushed out Only thing i hate about this office is that they NEVER have appointments they schedule you for weeks later if you need someone to see your baby right away they send you to urgent care in Kissimmee and that office is just AWFUL all around from the wait time to the rude unwelcoming employees. Seriously considering taking my kids somewhere else i havnt changed them just because of Dr Brunner. I hope she puts up her own private practice in the future .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE To further elaborate on my previous post today is Thursday I had to call the office AGAIN to request my daughters results which I was informed would be available Monday Tuesday the lastest. I called Monday all day nothing . Tuesday nothing. Wednesday still nothing after I came out of character I was told the ladies would call the lab to order it stat which should had been done to begin with in my opinion considering I was calling so much you would think they would want to get me off their back. This morning I was called from my daughters school that my daughter was bleeding when she wiped I immediately left to get her while in the school parking lot I called the office again apparently the results were in but yet no one bothered to contact me. I had to get out of character to request an urgent call with the results after being put on hold I was informed a nurse will call. A nurse did call me only to inform me of WRONG lab work. Another nurse calls me I speak to her and she provides me with the lab results informing me of the positive findings in my daughters lab work at this point Im already checked in the hospital with my daughter due to the pain she is having turns out my daughter infact has a uti that unfortunately was left untreated due to the incredible work this office has provided clearly Im being sarcastic. Im proud of myself for actually listening to my gut feeling and going to the er for my daughter. THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS TRASH The staff at this location clearly only cares about collecting a check and not patient care. Ever since Dr Pilar previous office was turned into this Nemours Corp the patient care has drastically changed its unfortunate because again Dr Pilar is amazing the office staff is a huge joke and I will be filing a formal complaint with the department of health. I will never go back to the particular location in Kissimmee. moms if its not a sick related issue I wouldnt suggest you go here either. I hope and pray if one of their children are is discomfort and lab work is pending for dame near a week that some one shows them the same excellent patient care as I was shown. One star because it wouldnt allow me to post this with out choosing a star.

Dr. Pilar and her staff are very caring and knowledgeable. I entrusted my newborn almost 9 years ago to their care seeking a provider that had a more holistic approach rather than quickly diagnosing and medicating my child. When I gave birth to my second child I did not hesitate to choose this office again. The waiting area is small but there is plenty of parking. The staff is courteous answer calls and responds to parents requests promptly. The office has integrated to an electronic record keeping system with Nemours hospital which has made it easier to keep tabs on the medical correspondence.
