Neal A. Winston, CELA

A nationally recognized expert on elder law, special needs counseling and trusts, public benefit programs and disability law, Mr. Winston wrote the first edition of the Social Security Manual for the Community Worker in 1975. He is a popular lecturer helping to train other attorneys and professionals in the field. Known as a hands-on, client-oriented attorney, he has represented hundreds of claimants before state and federal courts and agencies. He has been recognized as a Boston Magazine Super Lawyer yearly since 2006.
