I used to have a good psychiatrist here but after she left I got Dr. Tim Beyer and its been absolutely horrible ever since. This man refused to give me my mental health medication until I came in for an appointment and completely ignored my daily request to simply give me the week and a half worth that I needed to get to my appointment. In that time I completely spiral downward and nearly had a relapse thanks to him. Despite that I foolishly gave it one more chance. This time I specifically made an in person appointment so that I could have a discussion with the doctor about trying new medications which he said he was open to discussing. On the day of he moved my appointment to a virtual one due to illness which I was fine with but then he proceeded to try and have the appointment with me on the phone while I was busy and I had to tell him to stop. He said he would call me at my appointment time. my appointment time came and went and I had to call Natalis and request that he called me. When he did A half an hour after my appointment time I expressed my frustration with how late it was and he said it could be a three minute conversation at which point I reiterated that I had things I wanted to discuss. When I mentioned what I wanted to discuss he was not open to discussion and simply told me no without hearing anything I had to say. This man is unprofessional disregard his patients and most importantly almost destroyed years of work that I had put in on bettering myself. On top of that it is nearly impossible to make an appointment. No one ever answers the phones and you are very lucky if you actually get a call back from leaving a voicemail. I hate that I am stuck going to this place until I am able to find a new one.Editing to add that I see in the numerous negative reviews that not only am I not alone but consistently the replies state to contact Dr. Lisa Johnson but I can find no way to contact her.

Theres not enough words to describe how awful my experience is at this establishment. It took me 6 months to get testing scheduled because they never answer their phones and they never listen to their voicemails. I was abruptly discharged halfway through my testing for no real apparent reason. I filed an appeal and never received any word back. I tried to call and ask the status of my appeal and no one ever answered or returned my phone calls. I have never received such awful service from any company in my entire life. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Im making a report with the BBB because this place does not deserve to exist. I honestly dont know how they stay in business.

I could get my meds refilled faster if I went out in the streets. Ive waited up to two weeks just to see how long it would take and it never happened so I gave in and called. When it comes to medication the only reliable thing is that they will not get called in and you will have to call and leave a voicemail. Ive been going here a year and its happened every single appointment. My last straw is having my appointment last Tuesday calling last Thursday when the meds had not been called in yet calling again yesterday Tuesday and not getting called back so calling today to schedule an appointment and finding out my psychiatrist resigned. Today. No meds. Ridiculous.Update Got a call back on Thursday this is 9 days after my appointment and was told the med would be called in and should be ready to be picked up that night or the next day... Didnt happen.

We have had nothing but fantastic experiences with the Dr we saw for my son and the support staff. We went to the Woodbury office primarily the people were all very friendly. The Dr made a great connection with my child and communicated great methods we could try at home to work with him.

First... why cant I respond to this communities posts I dont recall this actually occurring though I havent updated my review for probably well too many years..... its I think been like 3 years since I visited there. I think.... So to get one with the reason I updated my response is this....I am posting because I was going to call to get records hopefully though while I was reading the comments I was saddened to hear so many same Negative experiences at Natalis. When I use to go there my Counselor Nikki was Great. Be great to be able to meet her someday again... She actually helped me more than she probably even realizes. This was back in I believe 20162017..Seems like its changed for the lets say not for the Better. I need to check who is the director there and do a bit of digging for more information.

My first appointment never took place because the therapist showed up 20 minutes late. They still charged me though.I found a second therapist and after 3 sessions they charged me for 6. They even charged me for seeing a doctor that Ive never seen. They are mediocre at mental health but VERRRRY good at billing you until your HSA is dry.

Tim Beyer completely disregarded my trauma from a horrible previous experience with medication and told me to Toughen up and take it completely unprofessional. Because of that I strongly believe that he only cares about profit rather than patients. While going through therapy at Natalis I always felt worse after the sessions than I did before the sessions so much that I developed a huge disdain towards the therapy sessions. When I got a copy of the medical records I was surprised to see all of the conditions that were tacked on to my profile. Im not sure how a medical professional can blatantly lie on medical records but Natalis has found a way to do juat that.I already had a very difficult time allowing myself to trust medical professionals from a prior traumatic experience and now after experiencing Natalis tactics I have even less trust for medical professionals.Absolutely horrible experience.

I have really enjoyed working with the clinic. The Pros are the therapists and their experience education genuine caring being treated as an equal and genuine care and belief in their patients. Even the Psychiatrist was understanding some medications were not an option for me and worked with me to find the best options. The Cons are some of the support staff such as people answering the phones and making the appointments answering incoming questions and making sure they call or forward and email to the person they stated they would. It can be frustrating and despite calling during the hours listed as the hours the phones will be answered it is hit or miss. A call to general answering may get you better help for you Psychiatrist than pressing the number for psychiatry where you may be on hold for 30 min.The therapists are worth it to get you some of the best support and best education in skills to help your own life and heal from trauma. The Psychiatrists listen and care. This overrides the support staff issues easily as I rarely have to call.

I have been coming here for many years and I just cant go anymore. The amount of times that they have dropped the ball for my mental health care is astounding. Not returning calls calls going to a full voicemail inbox not following through with what they said theyd do showing up for an appointment and waiting for extended periods of time in the waiting room waiting to be called back and there being an issue with alerting the therapists not sending faxes to other facilities when they said they would incorrect billing unprofessionalism etc. I also recently found out that their now-retired psychiatrist had prescribed a potentially dangerous combo of medication to my partner and he only found out about the potentially dangerous interaction when he went to his GP. YIKESI know with many healthcare providers people will write a bad review based on one bad experience but I have had so many poor experiences with this facility for several years and only stayed due to my established record and the daunting task of potentially finding a new place. I hesitated to go back during the pandemic but many places werent taking new patients esp with my insurance so it felt like my only option. I am bumping them up to two stars because they seem to have gotten better with answering their phones. Before it was impossible to get someone on the line. I once even had to comment on their social media to get a call back. Their lack of inaction has contributed to my mental health issues - they repeatedly made me feel that I wasnt worth the time or effort to receive adequate mental health care.I will say Lisa Johnson is great and helped me immensely but with the overall way this facility is run it made my getting help much harder than it should been and the overall poor operations overshadows the good work of those who try at Natalis. I hope they see my review and others and realize the gaps that need to be filled because it is incredibly hard on patients who are trying to heal.

I turned to Natalis for behavior therapy for my daughter. We were hoping to get weekly sessions on a daytime that worked for our fairly tight schedule...
