My Favorite Therapists - Deerfield Beach

I would like to start by saying MFT has given our family renewed hope strength and encouragement. Were extremely grateful for everyone especially Kendra our BCBA. Shes so professional always addressing any questions or concerns we have and answering our messages right away. Were also grateful for all the wonderful therapists Mariah Ayanna and Bryanna. Weve seen so much improvement in our little ones life were excited for what the future will bring. Keep shining a bright light God bless Jay Kimmy and all the wonderful staff. Youre all earthly angels sent from above and we couldnt have asked for a better center for our son.

To make a long story short my son was expected to start with MFT. I choose this center because the website stated that the company offers ABA Speech and OT all the needs for my Autistic 4 year old. I met with the owner Jay in October 22 who gave me information on Oscar insurance and how to enroll my son and start the onboarding process. He gave me Lisa Knightlys contact and said my son will be able to start once all documents are received and insurance authorizes treatment. Ive continually contacted this company for updates and have been given the runaround. All documents received insurance gave approval no updates from Mallory nor Lisa. Last contact from them said they had to hire RBTs to assign clients to and that my son is on a waiting list. We pay Oscar 300 monthly to receive services from MFT. From October to Now Mid- March no Initial Assessment treatment plan nor start date.

The best therapy money and time I have spent. My son is 6 has Down Syndrome is very stubborn huge speech delay couldnt hold a pencil properly share and was starting to be very difficult to handle his behaviors. I got Miss Ashley at home who was an amazing therapist she helped to shape him use his words more than any speech therapist could do before she worked with us during pandemic and helped through all the home schooling process. I am forever thankful to her. After we got Miss Summer to continue with him at Home and school. My son is in an inclusive classroom and wouldnt be possible without Miss Summer support my son love her and does anything for her. Myra Duarte is the ABA from day 1. She always listen to our concerns do observations and modify his programs to reach his IEP goals and parents goals.- Couldnt be more happy with this wonderful team they are helping us and David with true results

We are so happy to have found MFT. When our son was first diagnosed with Autism it hit my like a freight train - my mind spun out of control with what that would mean for my sons life. When we found MFT and had our first tour Jay put all my worries at bay. He spoke to us as a fellow parent who had been through all the emotions that we were are going through. The process did take time to get in - insurance finding therapist ect but was worth the wait. Myra is a god send she is sends updates on the daily and helps us understand our son and how to help him communicate. The patience and team work of the therapist is incredible. Our son went to another school before his diagnosis and cried everyday all day for three weeks- it never stopped so we eventually pulled him. Week one at MFT and my son would cry a little but was happy when I picked him up. Week 2 not a year shed grabbed his therapist hand and didnt care - although it broke my heart it made me feel like we found a home. I cant believe how much progress we have already seen and cant wait to see what the future will hold for him.

As a parent our main concern is the health well-being and education of our child. From the very first day I called Jay for his guidance he was beyond gracious. I think we stayed on the phone for 30 minutes that day talking about our kids being Neurodivergent. He guided me through the proper channels and we were able to begin the program at My favorite therapists. My husband and I toured the facility and it was like a breath of fresh air. I literally thought to myself I want to go to school here The staff was very kind the facility was very clean and we felt like we had finally found the support we had been looking for. Having a child that is labeled unique is not easy. However I am thankful that the team at MFT understands that we dont want to change our kid. We simply want our son to have the tools in order to be independent and as Atypical as he wants to be. Forgive all of the air quotes but there are so many labels for our little people that shouldnt be labeled at all in my humble opinion Thank you to the owners Jay Kimmy. And thank you to the team Aldo Mallory and the rest of the staff at my favorite therapists. My son is in the My Favorite Therapists since an year when he was 3 years old. During this year he has transformed from non verbal to verbal and has been making amazing progress.. everyone Kimmy Jen Myra my BCBA his therapists Mia Chrissy Amily Flo CalleyOT and others are all amazing. Hes been working at home now during lockdown with Mia and I couldnt ask for more. I am no more worried about my sons progress now thank you all for your continuous love affection support and dedication throughout you never made any difference even in the lockdown and have been providing uninterrupted and quality services in appropriate locations. I would strongly recommend to all the needful kids its my best find . Keep up the good work guys.

We are so happy we found MFT for our daughter It is a very safe and loving environment BCBA Bevannie is beyond AMAZING Techs- Michelle and Crystal work one on one with our daughter toward her goals everyday. We just started speech with Juliana and OT with Calley are already see progress We receive daily reports and there is thorough communication daily. We truly feel that everyone here loves our daughter and have her best interest at heart and are doing everything they can to achieve her goals. I highly highly recommend MFT

If you are looking for real improvement for any developmental delays in kids MFT is the place. Words are not enough to speak about their services. For any parent who has kid on ASD know that Time is precious and they have to go all-round the town to get different services ABA OT and speech. At MFT we get all services in one place which saves tons of time. Over the past year we had seen our son from speaking single words to complete sentences. Special kudos our ever patient therapist Lakosha and Andrea BCBA. They are very patient and truly cares about my son. They have ambitious goals and care to explain the progress every month.Owners Kimmy and Jay are just phone call away for any concerns. They understand parents problems as they are in same boat. Highly recommend their services

My daughter is the world to us and finding My Favorite Therapists has given our family a sense of hope that we will forever be grateful for. We have had two other companies in the past fail us and MFT welcomed our family with open arms. We have seen amazing changes in our daughter and the openness and communication we receive from Jay Kim and all her therapists is something I have never experienced. My daughter wakes up every day excited to see her therapists and friends and we have not seen her this happy in a very long time. We have found our forever home with the most amazing and experienced therapists. Thank you MFT for giving our daughter a very successful start to an amazing future

MFT came as a blessing to our family when our 18 months old son was diagnosed with autism almost a year back. I still remember the day when we first walked in to the centre and was told by Jay the owner of MFT that this is the best place in the country for our child and today after a year we couldnt agree more with him.This is a place where I have seen my child developing every day under the guidance of the wonderful therapists and the awesome BCBA he have. Since he had been in MFT there has been no looking back. They conduct a lot of parent training sessions and teach you how to work with your child at home so that your child is in a process of continuous progress. They are always eager to help you every way and always ready to accommodate all your needs. This place is also exceptionally clean and not like other places where your child keeps on falling sick often.The biggest satisfaction is when you know your child is safe and see your child super happy. They treat the kids more like a family and not as clients.We could not be more thankful to all his therapists BCBA and of course the wonderful Katari family for everything they do.
