Ms Mary M. Richard

I grew up in Dallas Center, Iowa, where my father, John C. McDonald practiced law for over forty years. After working in the field of education and disabilities for a number of years, encouraged by Dell and my father, I enrolled in and graduated from The University College of Law, was licensed to practice in Iowa and its state court system, and admitted to practice in the United States Federal District Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa. I regularly represent parents and students in regard to special education matters, and in other areas of school law.
