I have been practicing social work for over 25 years. I have worked specifically with people who have been diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum and their families. I have training in play therapy, cognitive therapy, and talk therapy. I have developed my own private practice where I treat children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in treating people who suffer from anxiety,depression, and mood disorders. I continue to believe in the idea that social work school first trained me in that you have to start where the client is. I believe in working with the client together to formulate a plan to assist in making people's lives better and complete. The therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of treatment.
