Ms. Angela Morrison

Angela Morrison is a Board Certified administrative law practitioner with thirty years of environmental law experience. Angela's practice has been devoted to assisting utility and industry clients with regulatory, permitting, and compliance matters. Recently, she was co-lead counsel in the siting of a major new power plant. Over the last three decades, Angela has helped successfully permit several thousand megawatts worth of new power generation facilities in Florida. Angela recently helped lead an industry effort that uncovered errors in data used to establish a federal air emission standard. Through the team's interactions with agency representatives, the client received relief in the form of an alternative standard at the state level, and the federal agency is currently in the process of revising its rules to make this alternative standard available nationwide.
