AVOID AT ALL COSTSI have never dealt with less professional staff Over the last week I have left about 50 messages sent 10 text messages and have been promised my calls back. I have had zero calls back. It discusts me how bad this company is. looks like I will have no physical therapy on my broken elbow.

WORST PLACE EVERIf a had the choice to give ZERO stars I wouldUnprofessional Incompetent and rude people.Short blonde hair woman Long black hair womanAlso place looks dirty smells disgusting personnel is not capable to deal with the basic issues and dont expect a call back to make an appointment or any kind of informationThey dont want to be there.. they dont want the job This people should be fired OR working at the ZOO with animals.. not people .. if luckyPlease get new professional personnel

I think all the bad reviews are related to a backed up phone log due to too many new patients wanting to get in here. All the Doctors Therapists Front office staff here are incredibly attentive and lovely. My Dr referred me here and the process of getting scheduled was simple I called during the Holidays and had to call to follow up but other than that once youre past that back log its smooth sailing. Ive never been to a PT place with such positive and happy energy it really helps with the healing to know the crew here enjoys their work who theyre working with from the staff camaraderie to all the other patients in the gym. It also helps with motivating you to want to make your appointments always a pleasant atmosphere and I leave smiling after each visit. Kudos to Dr. JR Zen Laday Beverly Jen and everyone else here who makes this place so great. Thanks for everything you do to heal us

It has been two weeks that I have been calling for an appt and they do not answer the phone.

No one answered the phone emails or text messages to set up appointments. The Lawndale location has an older lady with special needs apparently at the desk who mumbles when she talks and throws out insulations when you ask her to speak up. The last time I came no one answered the phone emails or texts either. Multiple insults came my way at me and my young daughter again. She had me redo the pre-authorization for some minor details. That took over a month. My appointment for an evaluation by the physical therapist was set out 3 months away on purpose to irritate since nobody is there as usual in the midst of summer. There is no reason for any of this.I had my pre-authorization complete and in hand at the beginning of May 2023. It took over 3 months to get an appointment scheduled because no one answered the phone email or text messages and I had to be evaluated by a therapist before my therapy could start. Ultimately had to go in numerous times to schedule but finally had 3 therapy sessions in mid to late August. Finally.But now its late August the hottest summer on record setting a World Record. I wanted to begin therapy at the beginning of May when it was cool but was forced to begin in late August amid a great heat wave. I was told there were no openings for me so I had to wait like 4 months.Im a returning customer I have been here for over 2.5 years before and during the pandemic. I came in as a quadriplegic with collapsed lungs heart failure and bearly alive. Now I am here for rehabilitation after having a lung removed. Im no longer a quadriplegic. Almost back to normal thank God. Lots of hard workI fell from dizziness on my third visit here because of the heat wave the pool was turned up too high at 98 to 100 plus not the normal 80s and the pool room windows had no curtains and became an oven. So I cancelled my next three visits awaiting a cool down.Then the older lady at the front desk name Zon B texted me and canceled all my appointments because of missed appointments on record-breaking heat wave days. No one else was told they couldnt return due to cancelations. Just unbelievable.I plan on contacting the owner on Monday 91823. If no result I will then contact the licensing board. Ive seen many and know of licensing violations. I contacted Zen Bone each time I cancelled and told her I had heat issues especially the 100 plus pool.I feel sorry for Zon B. no English skills and probably thinks everyone is against her gotta assuming she is a relative of Henrick.The owner is Henrick Macalintal I believe. Wish me luck.

Very bad and horrible experience very rude to patients i call many times nobody picks the phone i came many times to schedule appointment the receptionist took my information she never gets back to me and she accused me of lying that i came very rude i was explaining myself to the other girl and asking her for their names they hanged up on me i called my insurance did a complaint to the board of california and to the department of health because i have never been mistreated like that from a healthcare this place should be closed

This place is amazing I went in stumbling and in pain and when I left it went down substantially Very hospitable and respectful place they made me feel welcome and at home The staff was knowledgeable and equipped with alot of modern technology. I would recommend this place over and over again thank you guys

The staff is kind and really works hard to see you progress. It is clear that their are knowledgeable of what they are doing as well as a wide array of equipment and exercises that are tailored to each person.

My son was provided with utmost care. The staff knows what they are doing and I give credit to Dr. Henrick Macalintal for his patience and his dedication in improving my sons right arm to achieve full range of motion. We are grateful also to Ana for all her hardwork. This place will not let you down and will make sure they will do their best for you

I enjoy the staff at Motion Plus Aquatics AndTherapy. They tend to my needs with the utmost quality. They are very caring and give me the confidence to make sure that I will get back on my feet with the exercises and water therapy that they provide for me. And thats the thing I love about them. The positive energy that they put out to motivate me and others.
